The fact it's held onto #2 on Spotify today is actually insane. Where has this streaming force come from since ASIB? I never thought she'd be able to capture this market after Joanne. So proud.

 

The GP especially in the UK really like underdogs and comebacks and Gaga is like the comeback queen of recent times chart wise tbh! She had a blip but she recovered well by some genius career moves like the Super Bowl, ASIB etc and now she’s back doing what people loved from her in the first place. I think Ariana is helping a little too but I don’t think it’s all down to her I think the song itself is just proving popular beyond the first listen :wub:

I think she'll be the first female artist since Britney to have a #1 in three separate decades although Britney's was a feature.

 

 

I just still can't see the #1 happening this week. #2 is looking likely at this rate though!

Video streaming will be a BIG help to her. Downloads could make the difference between #1 and #2 maybe.

She should release a ballad/acoustic version on iTunes to secure that #1 tbh.

Two current moods that I keep switching between:
