Dannii is never interested in a tour or on off gig. Maybe she is, but perhaps there is no money to be made in it?

 

She is so underrated as a pop star!

 

I hope Girl can achieve a new higher peak for Dannii.

Cherry Red have done a beautiful job with it (just like they done with the Kylie PWL releases), hope it’s successful for them and Dannii!

Girl should and deserves its own sign in in a store

Any predictions? I really can’t call how this will do, it’s not a well known album outside of the fanbase and only really produced one proper UK hit but Dannii does have a fanbase that likes to collect (In my pre-ordering hysteria I’ve managed to order 2 x Vinyl, 1 x Boxset, 2 x CD singles and 2 x Signed Prints :lol: ).

 

It’s going to have some visibility on websites and in shooed due to NAD but not sure if it’ll be a release people will be seeking out?

 

Really hope at the very least it manages to sneak back in the Top 100.

I'm expecting nothing in all honesty.

I’m gonna say it’ll perform similarly to the Neon Nights 20 reissue did! Girl might be the lesser known album but it’s not like Neon Nights reissue was appealing to anyone but the hardcore Dannii fans either, plus this album has the advantage of never previously being released on vinyl like Neon Nights was.

I think if Girl managed a new peak no matter how small i would be very happy and it would be a great result for the album.

How amazing it would be if it even charted in the 30 or 20. It could have easily done that in Australia if they brought the similar package.

^^ I’d love a new peak but sadly I don’t think it’ll be anywhere near the Top 40 (maybe in the first set of mids it might get a possible look in?)

I know it is such a real shame. I always wonder where the fans were when Girl originally dropped on the shelves?

I for one wasn't aware of her existence and bought it in 2003 :lol:
