November 22, 200618 yr Forget OASIS, THE BEATLES and U2, it is the four Oirish, stool-loving balladeers who look like unravelling everything we hold sacred in this country’s musical heritage and claiming Sunday’s top album. Stool-loving balladeers, not my cup of tea. I no longer watch the X Factor, but, pardon the pun, could that be factored into why Westlife are doing very well this week? I believe they appeared on last Saturday's show. Edited November 22, 200618 yr by Sound-Bite
November 22, 200618 yr Lovin it Matt! Russ is one clever chap, the banner is ace! Thanks, TT :D
November 22, 200618 yr It's all c**p. If you must buy Oasis then go and buy Definitely Maybe and make THAT number one again.
November 22, 200618 yr I detest Westlife, but why should anyone buy a record they don´t like or a record whose song they already have in other studio albums just to stop them from being # 1? 1 copy won´t make any difference in the charts, and if you have enough money to waste like that give it to charity... this campaign is stupid, like everything from the sun. They should not interfer on the public´s option. Still, it´s sad that the Top 4 albums will be cheap cash ins of old songs and an album of covers. Sucks really hard.
November 22, 200618 yr    Loving the new Siggie, Matt. I've bought Oasis, U2 and the Beatles ( just to cover all bases :P ) It won't matter a jot though. The Westlife hordes will be out in force at Tesco on Saturday. <_<
November 22, 200618 yr She makes so many mistakes with chart positions and sales figures that I wouldn't give the details any credit. Having said that, if someone does stop Westlife, then she will think it was to do with her and get all big headed (more). For that reason I hope Westlife hit 1 - the others are not so great anyway. I would rather Girls Aloud went to number one.
November 22, 200618 yr All 4 of them are diabolical and $h!t in their own appalling ways but any of them at #1 would be a godsend if it stopped the Loife. I agree with The Sun for once but sadly I have enough tea coasters so I wont be buying any.
November 22, 200618 yr I never thought I'd be encouraging people to buy an Oasis album, urgh. :puke2: But yes, good on The Sun. At least they care that the charts aren't made a farce of.
November 22, 200618 yr for once I actually agree with the sun! even though I cant stand any of the top 4 :P read the sun's music reviews on a friday, they are actually alright (however you might like to do what my mum does and hide it under the independent and guardian

I believe they appeared on last Saturday's show. Without a doubt, although Westlife's performance was boasted greatly by Delta Goodrem who in my view gave the UK one of the best live performance seen on TV this year. Pity however that she had some out of key singers positioned around her. :P Here is the video if you like to watch it. http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=23162

November 23, 200618 yr Grami - The Beatles 'diabolical' LMFAO!!!!!!! You simply CANNOT be serious. As for the Sun campaign, I emailed the Stop The Cocks banner to The Sun's Bizarre page and got this back just now: Dear Russ I love your banner! I don't have room to use it tomorrow but may try and do it for Saturdays paper. Keep reading Bizarre! Victoria :o :o :o
