I have a theory that Brit really hated 'Outrageous' so much, she purposefully damaged her knee (but was only meant to sprain it a lil to prevent the release) so it got scrapped :')

That's true, as far as I'm aware. It seems that "Outrageous" was a contractual thing (like "Radar"), so her label wanted it to be released as a single, but Britney was against that idea as you mentioned. Also, it's been said that Britney wanted "Breathe On Me" to be released as the fourth single instead, but if it's taken into consideration that she already said no twice and Jive somehow comissioned the track to Catwoman, she didn't insist and let that go, so your theory might be true. :lol:

 

Either way, if I remember correctly and Britney wouldn't have had the knee injury, the next singles were going to be "Breathe On Me" and "(I Got That) Boom Boom" and there were rumours that it's going to be a split release, like "Born To Make You Happy" and "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart". Oh! And "(I Got That) Boom Boom" was rumoured to be released as the second single too.

Anyway that Zara song felt so weird for me. Like her voice was disjointed to the music, as if it was recorded unprofessionally on top of it (especially the chorus)!!!

Usually I don't notice that kind of stuff but listening to the playlist a couple of times, I noticed this! Is it just really poorly mixed?

 

EDIT: The thing is, it's a bit of a bop and isn't my least favourite in this line-up, despite that! One song really irritated me after the first 10 listens I'd heard it, then radio got a hold of it :drama: It's not even that bad of a song tbh. Just irritating and over exposed.

1-8 are all incredibly solid. IDGAF is overrated as all hell and probably Dua's worst single for me. Delicate is zzzzz and (like most of Spice Girls' discography) I just don't see the appeal of Viva Forever at all.
