I am surprised Fever wasnt milked for me as I really think after the huge success of it they could have went with a great re release and to nail it release a brand new single to promote it.Everything from that time worked for Kylie and she was at the peak of her career and with that last extra push Fever could be pushing on 2 million UK sales. Still it was massive even as it was handled. Cant get you out of my head no matter how we rate it, there is no denying it brought kylie to a whole new level and people who usually would not buy a kylie single were out in force buying it.

Can't Get You Out of My Head was expected to be a big hit but I don't think the level it achieved was expected.

The same applied to its parent album Fever.

I imagine after two years of non-stop promotion Kylie was in need of a well-deserved break! Even 'Come Into My World' received quite full-on promo for a fourth release from a multi-platinum album. It also wasn't common practice for albums to receive re-release back then; that was usually saved for albums that didn't perform too well. I guess they could have released the singles a bit more closely to allow room for a fifth single before the end of 2002, but the singles were such big airplay hits that they probably thought it was best to give breathing space between each single.

The breathing space between the singles worked really well and the singles had great chart runs. The extra push on a re release would gave kept the album campaign going which would have allowed for a longer break for kylie.

A shorter break may have resulted in a different style of album to that offered with Body Language.

Kylie would have had less time to think and may have released a Fever part 2 style of album that I remain of the belief would have sold better.

1. In Your Eyes

2. Love at First Sight

4. Come Into My World

3. Can't Get You Out of My Head

I think. Come Into My World and Can't Get You Out of My Head are probably quite interchangeable, but I think I slightly prefer the former oops.

Love the 3rd love at first sight one, never liked the second one myself and its same with the cover for chocolate which is fairly similar.

In Your Eyes

Love At First Sight

Come Into My World

Well this was easy ranked in order for me already, great singles all four of them. CGYOOMH still sounds so fresh and current.

If I could have a joint second I would.
