Am i right in thinking the next single is the one that was going to be the lead?

That can't be true can it? Wouldn't the video have been out when it released if it was shot 6 months ago? I think I remember them filming it (or something else) 6 weeks or so ago.

 

I seen a theory that the original lead (and the video in Brazil) are getting saved for when The Search starts for maximum promo. Pretty reasonable.

Lol no. Holiday’s video was meant to be shot in Brazil but it was cancelled because of covid and Perrie’s absence (she didn’t even come here so there’s no Brazil video). They were supposed to film another video for a brazilian collab here as well from what I’ve heard.

 

Break Up Song’s was going to be shot a week later in the UK but was also cancelled due to covid.

 

If there was a video filmed for the original lead single, then it must be for what now is the third, since Holiday was always the second single.

Yeah there wasn't a video filmed in Brazil, it was planned but due to Perrie being unable to attend it was cancelled, COVID also cancelled the shoot in the UK, too.

Ohhh Yess I remember now! I totally forgot the Brazil shoot didn't happen.

I feel like they thought Holiday was going to smash, the girls and label seemed to be so excited for it but even for me it didn’t really live up to the hype...

 

It’s nice but for me just lacks something.

I think they've always done better with "in your face" singles rather than chill ones, people don't usually go to Little Mix for chill singles.

 

What's frustrating is how much better this could've done with the campaign handled better but we go there everyday so let's leave it at that.

It's definitely missed it's chance of re-peaking now.

Chill songs aren't their brand, I think that's why. When people hear a Little Mix song they expect either like a full banger or like.. a ballad?

 

Thinking about their lead singles and second singles the only ones that have truly struggled are Think About Us, Holiday and Little Me, those sort of middle of the road mid-tempos.

Finally! The snippet actually looks promising too.. if it’s a good enough video and if they push it higher on playlists i think this could actually have a bigger impact than we all think.

Pretty sure this could have been very successful for them - even not being a very Little Mix kind of song - but the video taking over a month definitely hurt it's chances. It still did good on Spotify

Okay well I am VERY hyped for this. The looks and the turquoise, black and white are very aesthetically pleasing.

I can’t wait for the video. It looks soo good! Like others have stated, it’s a shame it didn’t come out earlier. But I’m still pumped
