Posted July 8, 20204 yr Announced this evening on twitter with a short video teaser, could this be the right time for RAYE to get her solo career moving forward after some great chartworthy dance features in recent months...; @1280909510966575104
July 8, 20204 yr The whole imagery and package of the song looks like it, we'll wait and see on the title I need a Love Me Again/Please Don't Touch size tune. Edited July 8, 20204 yr by Andrew.
July 8, 20204 yr I need her to break through with a BOP. :cheeseblock: Please Don't Touch, Tequila and Secrets have all been firm yeses in my book!
July 9, 20204 yr YES! Please Don't Touch is still such a bop and I really need her to smash with her next solo single. Bring it on.
July 10, 20204 yr Yet another BOP served. :cheeseblock: Her eventual album is going to pop!! Now I hope the injustice PDT faced in the charts will be compensated with this doing things! I'm more hopeful after Tequila and Secrets smashing.
July 10, 20204 yr I only just heard 'Please Don't Touch' this week and it's absolutely brilliant, I liked 'Love Me Again' too. I have yet to hear this, but I'll give it a listen today. Is she actually finally becoming good?
July 10, 20204 yr This is really good and very instant! Does it interpolate 'I Will Survive' in the chorus? It sounds a bit like the melody line of PCD's Hush Hush Hush Hush but I know that samples a few disco things. I still don't get the feeling this will be a hit unfortunately, I think she's kinda turning into the female MNEK where her own material doesn't take off but she writes and features on some of the most popular songs.

Is she actually finally becoming good? !! My thoughts exactly. I was very sceptical of her prospects as an artist in her own right going by her earlier releases (Decline, Cigarette) but it seems she has found her sound and is mastering it.
July 10, 20204 yr This really could have been released by Marina and fitted perfectly on Electra Heart!

Is she actually finally becoming good? I've never disliked her material but the likes of Decline were very cookie cutter, it feels like she's coming into her own now as much of a CLICHE as that sounds. I wanna stan :wub
July 10, 20204 yr I've just heard this, it's fantastic! SO pop though! :o I feel like in terms of everything I've seen/heard in the last few months I'm getting a sense of who she is in terms of her comfort as an artist, her persona, her characteristics/mannerisms. It's almost as if with stuff like 'Decline' and everything of that ilk she was faking it. Edited July 10, 20204 yr by Tawdry Hepburn
July 11, 20204 yr This really could have been released by Marina and fitted perfectly on Electra Heart! My thoughts too
