This is really good and very instant! Does it interpolate 'I Will Survive' in the chorus? It sounds a bit like the melody line of PCD's Hush Hush Hush Hush but I know that samples a few disco things.

 

I still don't get the feeling this will be a hit unfortunately, I think she's kinda turning into the female MNEK where her own material doesn't take off but she writes and features on some of the most popular songs.

My thoughts exactly. I was very sceptical of her prospects as an artist in her own right going by her earlier releases (Decline, Cigarette) but it seems she has found her sound and is mastering it.

If she doesn't get a solo hit with this then she never will. Incredible.

I've never disliked her material but the likes of Decline were very cookie cutter, it feels like she's coming into her own now as much of a CLICHE as that sounds. I wanna stan :wub

I've just heard this, it's fantastic! SO pop though! :o

 

I feel like in terms of everything I've seen/heard in the last few months I'm getting a sense of who she is in terms of her comfort as an artist, her persona, her characteristics/mannerisms. It's almost as if with stuff like 'Decline' and everything of that ilk she was faking it. :unsure:
