Lol, what? :rofl: Just for Daisies this woman released 3 videos, an acoustic version, 2 remixes and performed this song 10 times (or more?) even being pregnant, in the middle of a pandemic. If that's not wanting a hit, I really don't know what is. :unsure:

Gaga is also going to reach a stage in her career when the hits dry up — regardless of quality. It's the natural (and often unfair) cycle of a popstar. There is always going to be a new standard.

 

It seems most of the Katy fans in this forum are content and understand where she is in her career. There is a difference between discussion, criticism, and just constant negativity.

Yes its plausible to state that Katy cares about hits... She threw every rapper on 'teenage dream' singles to get hits... There's no denying 'Swish Swish' and 'Bon Appetit's rapper inclusions weren't for poetic license.

 

I also seem to remember her scoffing at Kelly's 'I Do Not Hook Up' only getting top 15 on Billboard...

This sounds great in the sun. Heard it on the radio earlier and have done previously (I hardly ever listen to the radio too). It's up to #4 on the Radio Airplay chart so she is still getting the mass support from the airwaves so I am shocked the iTunes performance isn't better than it is. The lack of any(?) streaming support too is upsetting. People just aren't here for the song.
