good that she's back, she never disappoints (except that Jonas Blue collab)
Can’t wait for some new Paloma, she just gets better and better for me.
Yay!!! Her lead singles are always fab!!
Apart from Just Can’t Rely On You :kink:
Yay, I was just thinking the other day it's been a while since new Paloma :cheeseblock: She always delivers with the leads but hopefully there's a bit less filler on the album this time. I love her regardless, she was A political queen when I saw her live *.*

coming back after The Voice kids is quite a smart move!

I own all her albums so I’m intrigued at the direction of this one and I’m looking forward to it as well.

Hopefully she’ll have another successful era on her hands. Her albums have always sold well in the past.

It's very impressive how well she has done, who would have thought when Stone Cold Sober was released she would still be around 11 years later with 4 platinum album under her belt!? She basically outlasted everyone who came out around the same time as her, and yet, it still feels like so is a bit underrated from time to time. Maybe because she hasn't had that many hit singles and is more of an album seller.

Yeah! That’s a good point actually I mean there’s a few females who had bigger “peak” eras like Duffy, Jessie J, Emeli Sande, Ellie Goulding for instance but Paloma managed to sustain her success to get her first three albums to all pass 600K sales then finally got her #1 album with her most recent album which managed to to platinum. She does feel underrated despite her huge success albums wise she’s kinda like an underdog.

I hope she can get her lead single to to top 75 on the charts but I’d say the album will likely be where she’ll excel. She’s the type who’ll do well on pure sales but she’s also a strong promoter too.

Paloma consistently brings it, so I'm really excited for this. The Architect was a really strong album!

In a way she’s been very comparable to Pink in this record. Consistent but overlooked.

You get the impression she is underrated just because she is a local act. She has never made it in America or even in Europe. Her success is very much limited to the UK.

Some of her albums had a "soft" release (in her own words) in the US and two made the Billboard Top 200, so while she has never been successful over there, she did shift some records. Interesting enough, she recently told that she was flown over to the US (during the Only Love Could Hurt Live This era), had a meeting with a record company that wanted to put a lot of money behind her to 'make it over there'. The had one demand- she had to reshoot the video with a white lead (instead of the black guy who appears in the video), which she refused and then she never heard anything back.

^ She was signed to Epic Records in the USA. If I recall correctly, LA Reid was the head of the label at the time, so it's weird of him to demand such a thing.

If Adele can have a black love interest in her comeback music video, then why can't Paloma?

She did say it was a black label head who told her this, so could indeed be LA Reid. Strange indeed, but I think this is how the industry still works (sadly..).

I think the difference is that Adele already was a household name and also featured a kind-of-known man in her video, which could give it some more attention..
