I’ve missed out on 3 wins (at my last count) from second guessing sending entries, no idea I’d done the same (except stealing Nova Miller off Jake after he re-confirmed).

Last time it happened for me was Smith & Thell's 'Goliath' - I took too long to click with it and only tried to confirm it mid-week by which point it had already been snapped up! I'm usually pretty unluckily with confirmations so I don't think I stole anything from anyone apart from Lushington's 'You Got Me Baby' I think at the time it was on someone's potentials? September 27, 20204 yr Ok - my first ever BJSC, and quite some surprises among the entries! A cover of one of my favourite 8o's songs, but in a different language? Bold! I just finished my ballot, it was hard - I had to cut two songs that were also so, so good!

September 28, 20204 yr Just realised, when preparing my national thread entry, the title for my entry is not Shampoo (which is the album that this track is from, and was in the description and why I got confused), it's 'Auto-Ban' (or アウト - バーン - my katakana skills aren't perfect enough to recognise that I was wrong immediately）as on the Youtube video - writing Asian entries like this in Latin characters is standard practice I think? I've changed the title in the thread, if it's written anywhere else, make sure to change it. Same song though, in case you were confused about the name change.

Seems like the kind of thing I'd usually notice during the veto research stage but I made the same mistake as you just assuming 'Shampoo' was the song title oops! There doesn't seem to be any 'official' English or romanised version of the title as far as I can tell from digging on Google (in cases like that I default to however Google Translate automatically romanises it which in this case would be 'Auto Bān', so if you want its name in this thread to match what it'll say in the Songs of BJSC thread when I finish updating it one of these years it'll be that x).
