I really like this! It's not absolutely show stopping, it does the job of being a decent promotional single and it's so infectious! The vocals are so crisp and clear too, if there's one thing MNEK is amazing at it's bringing out their voices. Lyrically, from what I gathered, it's a song directed at Syco about how they're tired of being made to sing the same typical pop songs they always write.

 

I can see this being v fun on tour! Not better than BUS but I would say it's on level with Holiday, but one of them was chosen to be a single whilst the other was promo lol.

It’s great for an album track! This will be amazing on tour. The vocal production is incredible and the lyrics are great too.

On my first listen with headphones, after first playing it through my phone speaker.

 

Sounds MILES better with headphones... probably a grower at the moment for me.

Holiday was #2 initially and then fell due to Taylor and Maroon 5 releasing so it ended up at #4 I believe? Don’t think Dua was ahead of them that week but could be wrong.

this didn't do much for me on first listen :( hopefully it'll grow!
