I think they haven't intended to form a project, btw they did a couple of streams together and seemed happy to work with each other, I mean it's probably not their last collaboration! so maybe we can count them as a *thing*

December 27, 20204 yr Author Unfortunately, no idea. This must have been disappeared from all radars, even our radio stations who premiered it and gave it a couple of spins per day as exclusive, gave up already. I guess it was sort of promo for the forthcoming release when ATB had been interviewed at some radio station in Europe on the occasion of '9PM' anniversary, and them 'Your Love (9PM) has been exclusively introduced, then some radio stations (e.g. Brazilian, Greek and so on) also got rights to premiere it. The authors probably stumbled upon troubles with licensing and stuff because 'Why Do You Lie To Me' release was close to the premiere date of 'Your Love', and WDYLTM has just started to take off but should become popular much earlier than the way that things turned. I mean, it was clear for radio and others not to grab WDYLTM and cling to it when a nice cover with ATB in tags would cement the Topic's name way more effective than another original track with almost same vocals. December 28, 20204 yr I can imagine what this will sound like, sampling the iconic guitar rif from 9PM, but slower and more housey with a prominent bassline. Haven't heard a preview of the song and can't it online either. Speaking of ATB I would like to hear a new version/remix of ATB's Let U Go which is my favourite track of theirs - and with the tech house sound of the verses it still sounds very relevant to todays dance music I think. January 4, 20214 yr I am looking forward to hearing this, although judging from the comments on here of those that have heard the preview it isn't in any way trance unlike the ATB song it samples and so our long awaited trance chart revival will have to wait a bit longer :( It still should be good though.

January 5, 20214 yr bit disappointing, was expecting more, it takes ages to get to the chorus and the verses are very boring the sample is the best thing but also sounds disconnected with the chorus, not really well merged
January 5, 20214 yr Ooooh, this is smashing! So much better than that disappointing single they followed 'Breaking Me' with. Agree that the sample is very well used, it'll be interesting to (hopefully) see ATB (hopefully) get another chart credit almost two decades later. 🤞 Must be out on Friday I assume?
