I admit I was starting to feel a bit worried about the album after reading quite a lot of negative or mediocre comments from Popjustice members, but I guess I'm on a different wavelength because I am super pleased with it! I feel like it's just what I need right now, something uplifting, joyful, uncomplicated... just a lot of good fun to listen to. DISCO really delivers that!

 

P.S. Spotlight seemed like a retro Kylie B Side too, not as good as Hey Lonely though.

Not going to score anything an 11.0 yet until I've given the album some time to firmly establish a favourite, but WHAT an album :wub: So many highlights, and only a couple of songs that I'm not too keen on.

Loving the love here for Magic! And she looks sensational on G Norton too

Honestly it’s going to take me a week to take this album in its SO good.

 

Regardless of chart position she has delivered an pop masterpiece

Bit of a side-eye at Spotify having DISCO on the second row on New Releases though - with artists like Giggs, JC Stewart and dutchavelli above her (with Little Mix in the prime position too and they also have the announcement banner).

How can they place some of them above kylie is beyond me.
