November 8, 20205 yr Also, 34+35 by Ariana, the second single from Positions, is out of the top-twenty ALREADY!! It will probably return to the top 20 on Friday, the 2 Kylie singles will plummet. :( Edited November 8, 20205 yr by Jason
November 8, 20205 yr Midnight Sky is such a triumph for Miley! Such a great tune, loving the remix too!
November 8, 20205 yr Ariana & Miley in the top 2 :o. Pop girls ruling the charts, you love to see it! But wasn't Ariana flopping?
November 8, 20205 yr wow for Miley, guess they're then combining the new medley thing with Stevie Nicks
November 8, 20205 yr Ha Joseph removing my post! Thinks he is the king of the forum! Your post was off-topic and not remotely relevant to this week's chart
November 8, 20205 yr stop the count pls this chart is perfect  Yes, I'd be more than happy to keep this as the official for this week!
November 8, 20205 yr Miley!!! Even though I know it will end up at about #7 by the end of the week  Yeh, I think it will end up about #6 come Friday but it should avoid ACR due to the extra streams Edge Of Midnight has received! It will avoid ACR to after her album release which is a great news! Long running top 10 smash *.*
November 8, 20205 yr yes sadly I also see Miley around 6-7 only they add the missing streams to Lemonade and all
November 8, 20205 yr Your post was off-topic and not remotely relevant to this week's chart Well it was because it was relevant to Ariana Grande’s underperformance. You are laughable!
November 8, 20205 yr Well it was because it was relevant to Ariana Grande’s underperformance. You are laughable! It was to do with the US chart, not this week's UK chart. If you have any more issues, please PM me. Further posts on this discussion, or rudeness towards moderators, will be deleted.
November 8, 20205 yr Was amazing to hear Say Something piping up on BBC Radio 1 in actual 2020 earlier, a decade after she was last playlisted by the nation's flagship youth station! I know the two singles will fall massively but praying she keeps her record of at least one Top 40 single per era. Edited November 8, 20205 yr by HiyaWeen
November 8, 20205 yr Ariana getting a third week at #1 would be ok with me. (I’d LOVEEEE Miley to get there but she’s already done so well and for a song that’s not had the greatest support on streaming the fact it’s still climbing is insane but so very deserved). Sweet Melody to stay top 5 as well! That would make all of their albums have a top 5 hit on there which is impressive. They already all contain a top ten song but Sweet Melody has the potential to be another Touch like success.

It will be brill if she can hold on with either song but it's hard to call, for now I'm just happy she can still get into the top 75 and she should do it twice this week.

I'd guess that it's very unlikely that either will stay top 40, other songs that have received vinyl releases have been top 10 at this point and ended up way outside I'm afraid.
November 8, 20205 yr The new version of the song, Edge of Midnight (Midnight Sky Remix), samples Stevie Nicks’ classic hit Edge of Seventeen and even features new vocals from Nicks. As things stand the track is fewer than 1,000 chart sales behind Ariana Grande’s reigning Number 1 Positions. https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/m...e-nicks__31562/
