And they are sold out already - 32 copies in 2 days is not bad going tbh

Blue signed vinyl and photo arrived today!

 

Oh was in a big Sainsbury’s earlier and a lady had Disco in her hand and I told her to buy it and she did ha ha. I was streaming it as I talked to her ha ha. Kylie was 4 in the chart. Only std CD, no vinyl but loads of AC/DC CD and Vinyl, and Bruce too. Only two copies of Kylie.

Unfortunately I don't know the CDs vs Vinyl vs Cassettes sales from Friday :cry: Just that DISCO sold 45,497 physicals overall! Plus 6,368 downloads and 3,040 streaming. Confetti sold 35,646 physicals, 3,981 downloads and 10,260 streaming.

 

Something else to point out: DISCO's total sales were given as 54,919. The first week sales were 54,905... so it sold 14 copies prior to Friday's release!

795 is actually nothing to be sniffed at.....most acts would be pleased with that opening week though wonder how many AC/DC are going to shift this week? Expect it’ll be a massive contribution to their total sales.

Brilliant interview with Lorraine. Best yet!!!!! looked great, fantastic promo videos and Lorraine + Kylie works so well.

Excellent Lorraine promo.....Kylie featured throughout and a very nice interview that lasted ages, usually breakfast tv ones are much shorter.

 

Will definitely help supermarket sales this week, Lorraine was plugging the standard CD in the studio. They even showed a clip of Real Groove..

Love that not everything was thrown into week 1 for promo, for week 2 we’ve had Sunday Brunch, CIN and Lorraine :dance:

Was pleased they showed CIM and Slow.....that retrospective lasted ages, very generous. 00s was briefest haha. Definitely should have shown GOOMW and ITB. Least we got Dancing.

 

Yes excellent promo for second week....better than the This Morning and BBC breakfast one last Thursday.

 

We just need her to perform on Ross and Strictly now. They could really smash home the Disco theme on Strictly.
