Nothing mega but a few more copies sold of Disco Guest List after Jool Holland promo

 

79 and 80th in current best sellers list. Was 140 and 218th

The mids were so close all week and it seemed every hour either Kylie or LM were throwing out another variant :lol: (I’m still bitter we did not get a picture disc for Disco or Guest List but instead have every colour under the rainbow of vinyl -_- ).

 

Such an amazing week, wasn't it :lol: Kylie and BMG were going in hard.

 

 

For me it was the cassettes.

The best - they had it planned to perfection! Signed CD and vinyl, double cassette, alternative sleeve cassettes etc., - probably one of the best campaigns I’ve seen from team Kylie and she literally done every radio or TV slot she could, she wanted it as much as we did :cheer:

They planned it brilliantly and it just worked. I think they know exactly how to market kylies album,, 3 number 1s back to back is brilliant and hopefully more to come.

Fingers crossed for a top 10.

Really interesting to see how the 3cd/2 dvd version will sell as only fans will buy it, it wont get casual sales.

It's 3 CD, 1 DVD and 1 Blu-Ray :cool:

Funny how she hasnt mentioned Infinite Disco DVD/CD/Blue Ray hardly at all and that to many is the selling point! :)

Some over at Popjustice are saying the Extended Mixes Vinyl is being shipped this week!

If shipping this week it might help disco return to the top 100 although I would prefer the sales to count next week.

By “this week” they meant shipping in time for Friday’s release date & beyond, they didn’t mean this chart week.

 

My Amazon Extended Mixes order still shows as a 10th December release date.

Could have been the American format, as in 11th October. Not sure what the image is meant to be though and what it represents. Guess we'll find out if something turns up later today.

I thought it maybe be an eyelid from a song cover lol. Who knows
