It's what BMG are doing with all their acts, I'll never agree with it and I think it's utter lunacy but what can ya do.

They chose to release it at midnight Australia time I don't really think Kylie is chart bothered these days as to release it midnight UK time.

BMG only care about selling albums with all their acts and new chase chart hits - madness but it’s worked well for them with all their artists like Kylie, Rick Astley, McFly, Steps etc., I guess

Steps learned a big lesson with regards to I-tunes and Spotify when "Scared of The Dark" came out and it was no.1 on I-tunes but not Spotify, the group learned that no matter what they do if Spotify ain't interested they ain't going to chart so concentrate on the album sales and physical promotion and don't worry about the charts anymore.
