Does 'brand new' mean it won't be Mariah or have they just worded it oddly?

111st week apparently. Not sure that’s right

FAIRYTALE OF NEW YORK {1991} according to the OCC has done 5 weeks. Mess that there's 2 chart runs

The way this Numi woman says “one” is highly annoying

I'm taking it to mean it's a different #1 to last week!

Looks like Comin Over Here has missed the chart this week which is a shame.

2020 was supposed to be Justin’s ‘flop’ year yet he’s still managed to score six Top 10 singles lol

Justin's Christmas album is superb and this new cover is pretty good too :D

Anyone to SMASH next week!!!

Justin's version has outpeaked Brenda's

Biography

British belter Jess Glynne—born in London in 1989—got a powerful introduction into the pop world in 2014, when Clean Bandit's fizzy banger "Rather Be", which featured her on vocals, conquered the pop charts. But while listeners knew her sultry, soulful voice, she didn't fully reveal her artistry until the following year, when she released her debut, I Cry When I Laugh. "It was a really amazing transition to have a song do really well [while] keeping a bit of myself to me," Glynne told Apple Music. "It was kind of like leaving love behind and going off into… the unknown." That album established Glynne as a radio-ready diva who possessed a deep respect for soul music and a drive to inspire, with songs like the giddy "Ain't Got Far To Go" and the jubilant "Hold My Hand" retaining the ebullient vibe of her breakthrough hit while drawing from R&B influences. Glynne's 2018 follow-up Always in Between continued her quest to pep up the pop world, and songs like the deliberate "I'll Be There" and the groovy "Rollin" showcase her strong vibrato and unwavering spirit over vigorous beats. - Apple Music

We can count our blessings that Amazon split its effort between Jess and Justin this year, for sure it looks like if there was just one big one it would have got to No.1!

This Jess song is perfectly fine - a competently sang version of an original that you never really hear, same with 'River last year

C'MON WHAM!

This Christmas has grown on me a lot, much as I don’t want to like it due to the shady Amazon only thing!

Surely if it had been widely available it could have made #1 just by virtue of being on SCR.
