Happened the same to me as well...I was convinced that I had my song chosen until suddenly I heard Are You Ready? in parts of lyrics lol. Everything else was in spanish!!!

Indian isn't a language also :magic: A quick peep of that song and it's punjabi!

I am really sorry, hopefully I haven't offended anyone with my language research!!!

Malian isn't a language - after digging a bit I think the language of the Ali Farke Touré song is Songhai :magic: (which... also isn't exactly a language, it's more of a group of languages/dialects, but that's the closest answer I can find x)

 

Nice to see so much diversity among the languages, was definitely expecting it to be mostly Spanish/French/German!

 

I have heard of Songhai not as a language group, but as an empire in Western Africa during the 15th and 16th centuries.

 

There is a good mix of languages in this Club Bizarre contest, hopefully a good mix of dance subgenres too when I start listening to the tracks which I will do this evening.
