February 3, 20214 yr Hope it's half as good as Let's Love! (doubt it will be, being a Sia lead though)
February 3, 20214 yr Hope it's half as good as Let's Love! (doubt it will be, being a Sia lead though) wow your expectations are low! I'm hoping she's taken on some feedback and actually tried to be understandable! I honestly think that's why Let's Love flopped as it was so ridiculous that even the title was incorrect!
February 3, 20214 yr So ready :cheeseblock: A shame that David is too arrogant to just accept the producer credit or even a feature and that he's been stuck on her album
February 3, 20214 yr Wait, what was wrong with the Lets Love title? As in she sounded like she was saying 'That's Love' which makes the whole track sound a joke because you can't even pronounce the title correctly, it drew attention to her horrendous diction and I don't think it was taken seriously as a result.
February 4, 20214 yr lol Lets Love flopped cos it didn't get support anywhere on Spotify basically cos Sia is sadly too old :/ she's had bad enunciation since day 1 and that was never an issue

She's fairly good on Chandelier, Elastic Heart, Cheap Thrills and The Greatest but this is to the point you need to look up even the hook to make sense of it. My thoughts is that it didn't get the support because of this. Sia was already 'too old' in the first place when she had most of those hits so nothing's changed in regards to how people perceive her age, if she's deemed to be 'past it', it's based on her musical output rather than age.
February 4, 20214 yr To be fair though, it's been a very long time since she last properly released anything so I think she's left it a bit too long now to continue the success she was having about 5 years ago. Plus David Guetta + Sia collaborations are ten a penny and that was just a low-rent knock-off of 'Blinding Lights'.
February 4, 20214 yr I disagreee, it's just Spotify being as ageist as R1. I still remember the first time I hear Elastic Heart back in the day how I could not understand a word, there's a bit that it seems like she sings "lesbically" and I was like WTF but she sings "let's be honest" :D hahaha
February 4, 20214 yr I can understand her :cheeseblock: It's quite decent but I think it sounds a little too generic in production to really do much! People just aren't excited by another Sia and David collab! Would be good for the soundtrack though!

It's only on Sia's album, the cast version doesn't have many songs in common
February 5, 20214 yr This is a million times better than their last collab! Even though lyrically it's a rehash of 'Flames'.
