  • Yes Blobby! I thought we finally had the full Christmas #1s together… then realised the ‘wonderful’ proper version of Sausage Rolls For Everyone (with Ed and Elton) is no longer there!! 😢

The Spotify add that no one asked for!

(this is genuinely one of my least favourite songs of all time, I find it totally unlistenable)

It’s one redeeming feature is stopping Take That from getting Christmas #1🤣. Babe is just about my least favourite of theirs!

In contrast 'Babe' is one of my favourite Take That songs, which gives me another reason to hate Mr Blobby!

These are also not on streaming:

Leon Jackson - When You Believe

The Justice Collective - He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother

Bob the Builder - Can We Fix It?

All 3 have previously been on streaming, but they haven't been on Spotify for years. Mr Blobby was the only one I think that had NEVER been released digitally, until today!

I don't think I've ever heard this. Will need to give it a listen.

Ah sorry, yes you’re right, I hadn’t realised they’d gone! None of them are songs I actively seek out I’m afraid 🤣

I'd save yourself the bother if I were you, it's 3 and a half minutes of your life you'll never get back.

Do we have any idea why they were removed?

Ah, because I’ve got the CD single so I don’t need to stream it!!

I could pretend I bought it for my children when they were young, but then again…….

A absolute legend!

Two more #1s than Janet Jackson, Bon Jovi, The Who, Bruce Springsteen, Guns N Roses Bob Marley, Depeche Mode, Bob Dylan etc, put together!🤣

No Bridge Too Far, He's Got A Car...

I've got a downloaded copy of Mr Blobby, but haven't played it since 2023 before today!

It's 4:02 long, by the way.
