OMG there's not much between them, can RCA wake up!

Calling it now, HA #8 and Confetti #9 by Friday

I looked at the midweek figures I have, and I worked out these projections for Friday. Please take them with a pinch of salt, because it's just estimates based on the sales trends of the week so far.

 

Estimated final positions and sales:

#8 - 24,619 - Good Without

#9 - 24,445 - Confetti

#10 - 24,409 - Heartbreak Anthem

#11 - 24,306 - Rasputin

#12 - 23,155 - Anywhere Away from Here

#13 - 22,794 - Astronaut in the Ocean

 

 

The important thing to note there is the #8, #9, #10 and #11 sales are on course to end up being incredibly close together. I mean that's only 36 sales between Confetti and Heartbreak, and 139 between Confetti and Rasputin... there's essentially nothing in it. The unpredictability of streaming could easily result in things swinging in favour of Heartbreak and Rasputin by Friday.

 

It Confetti ends up at #11 while being sooooo close to the Top 10, that would be such a shame... and also quite ironic if it's Little Mix who keep themselves out of the Top 10! It is frustrating that RCA seemingly don't care. And possibly don't even realise just how close it is and how viable it is that they could get Confetti into the Top 10 with just the tiniest amount of effort on their part. But I suppose if they're happy to sit back and get a #11, meh...

 

I haven't actually downloaded Confetti yet, so I'll do my bit tonight. :cool: I think if the fans can keep up the momentum with downloading, it could make all the difference. Fingers crossed.

There’s a positive in Rasputin has fallen slightly on streams across all streaming platforms but it looks like it’s downloads increased and obviously I highly doubt Confetti will have sold over 400 downloads today.

 

It’s all about Confetti though, HA will fly into the top 10 next week anyway. Even if it doesn’t make it this week.

Correct. They were both in the top 10 for 2 weeks at the start of 2017.

I’m really hoping it’s a top 3 at least.

I think there will be a lot of big releases in the weeks to come so I hope this can hang around for a bit and get a good peak.

I can low-key see one of those releases under performing and this kinda over performing and managing to get a #2 or #3 peak.

To be honest after Only You and No Time For Tears missing the top 10 I didn't have much hopes for this but it's Spotify performance worldwide is showing promise so I suspect in the next few days we'll see if it's about to become a HUGE SMASH or not.

 

I can see it going top 5 regardless but not gonna lie if they managed another number 1 I'd cry.
