Thank you Frank!

I would still like to have some kind of alternative to a plug.dj session, will have a look to see if there's a viable alternative site but failing that we could possibly just adopt the 'listening party' format that's been popular in the artist forums? (i.e. just having a set time for anyone interested to start the playlist individually and comment along on BuzzJack - I'm not sure how well this would work for Nuggets but could be worth a try ~)

I don't look in the artist forums so I hadn't heard about them using that, that's a possible idea if there's nothing else out there.

I listened to them all over the course of today, very good selection, some quite interesting entries that caught me off guard a bit, definitely a few that I'm earmarking for high points when I go back for another one, great start guys ^_^

Is BeatSense still working? I recall that being a fairly decent plug alternative.

Being someone that isn't always here at the start of these sessions, the one thing that would put me off about running it like an AF album listening session is that I'd immediately be behind and I wouldn't really want to join. But idk, I've never taken part in these before, do these things usually allow for latecomers!

I’d have thought one of the main reasons for the plug sessions, as well as to listen to the songs, is to gauge the reaction of others and share in the good listens and the bad listens. Either way, happy to go with whatever the majority decide to do. ^_^

BeatSense worked fine until it started requiring you to use their currency to play most songs on there (I was able to get enough of the currency by setting up an affiliate link to get through one or two listenthroughs on there after the change but I don't think I have enough left for this).

Someone generally posts each song as they are starting so there's no reason you couldn't join partway through, I acknowledge it isn't ideal though.

I found this https://sync-tube.de/ with a chat function

Thanks J! :cheer:

Looks good to me, not too many functions but the chat's there, the videos are working fine, it's 100% better than partying alone.

We could use discord as well. We've got the rhythm/ groove bot, can all just join the voice chat on mute, add the playlist via the bot and go, use one of the text channels to chat. Though something like sync tube may be easier to avoid people cutting in on mic accidentally. Might even be able to set up a voice channel where only admins can talk to minimise that mind you. But I'm happy to go wherever it's happening!

If anyone's not in you can join via: https://discord.gg/66AJrnM3eX

I'd be happy to use this new site also!
Based on your comment in BJSC, I assume this site will be okay for this sort of thing? Does that mean a listen through will be happening?
So we have a day yet for the listen through?

Nope - does anyone have any suggestions? x I believe the BJSC final one is scheduled for Wednesday so any day other than that ~

Kind of surprised to have still not received a single vote for this halfway through the voting period, I thought at least one of y'all would have wanted to be an early bird!

I'm waiting for the listen through, personally  Could do it tonight or Tuesday?
