In fourth place is one of the Black Eyed Peas' most popular hits - the 2003 hit 'Shut Up' - narrowly missing out on a spot in the final 3. 'Shut Up' served as the follow-up to their breakthrough hit 'Where Is The Love?' and the second single from their first Fergified album Elephunk. The song was released in December 2003 and peaked at #2 behind Will Young's 'Leave Right Now'. Shockingly, the song never charted on the US Billboard Hot 100 despite its success everywhere else. :o
