February 25, 20214 yr definitely the right top 2 for me this week. i think a'whora is now cementing herself as lead contender, she's the most polished + can actually deliver the versatility the winner needs. for me, it's her vs lawrence for the crown now. ellie's outfit was cute + innovative but a'whora is right, we're seeing the same cartoonish look all the time. i thought bimini's dress was a cop out, her hair was an absolute disaster + the overall look was poor. not really seeing what everyone else is seeing with bimini. she may be nice but i don't think she's winning material at all. tayce has started to slip for me, after coasting for a while - completely relying on the body + looks. i get that's who she is but this isn't the first time she's looked unfinished + this was after the hiatus so her growth has kinda stunted. so glad that sister is out. knew she was on her way out when we started to see more of her in the edit. i haven't posted much in the forum about this season but she's absolutely the worst of the queens for me. she was good in the reading competition but the arrogance is her biggest downfall. it's borderline delusion + she has nowhere near the talent required to back it up. i mean, her idea this week was nice but the execution was awful + she still had the nerve to defend it + found the gall to have a dig at ellie!
February 26, 20214 yr Author I actually quite enjoyed Sister this episode! But that outfit was not it. Ellie does have a better track record than Tayce now I think! Lawrence has had a few kinda rough weeks & no longer seems the standout winner. Whereas Bimini winning, she'd be the first E1 lipsyncer to win!
February 26, 20214 yr A'WHORAAAAA :wub: Wow...I can't wait for that gif of her entrance and shoulders pop!!! For a second I thought they were going to give Ellie a win because she's the only remaining without a win but I am glad that didn't happen (not that I disliked her look but really it didn't come close to A'Whora's...I mean none of them really were as good as hers). And also you can tell Ellie is young...I feel like her goal for this challenge was to prove to the queens that they wrong for what they said in the beginning of the episode. But hopefully she'll get thick skinned by the time All Stars happens because she does have what it takes, she just needs to focus more on challenges and less what others think/say!!!
February 26, 20214 yr I liked this episode although I always feel design challenge episodes are quite thin on the ground (would have liked them being asked to make a second look Definitely the right bottom 2 - so disappointed in Tayce and her complete lack of awareness on what she was wearing. The more I looked at Sisters outfit the more I didn’t like it. It was just too much. I realised she was going when she started getting a lot more airtime in this episode. Still don’t think she deserves the hate she is getting - although hopefully she will have watched the show back and realised how some of her comments come across I’m over Lawrence at the moment. She has drifted towards the bottom and I didn’t like her look (also thought her reads would be better) Bimini was safe by default - liked her look though I wasn’t raving about Ellie’s look but I can understand why the judges were gagging for it. Loved A’Whora’s look - the popping moment made me think of Courtney’s wings 😍 She is becoming more likeable too and I expect her to be the one to beat now
February 26, 20214 yr I’m curious- why is this because she hardly did bad at all in the first challenge at all- even if you don’t like her you can’t say she was bad in that challenge and in quite a few others in terms of bottom 2 placements? Sorry I’m not trying to like cause an argument at all I just think you should be able to separate your opinions on someone personally and how they are actually doing in the competition. I haven’t enjoyed Sister for example at all this season however she hasn’t been worthy of going home compared to her competition at anytime other than now I thought? Ops welcome on this please It's maybe just a preference or taste thing, I absolutely don't think she is a bad queen or doesn't deserve to be there, I just think she lacks something all the other queens have shown. Yes, her make up skills are fantastic and she can make an outfit well, but for me it has all been very one-note. I like queens with a personality, smart and witty, and I feel like Ellie hasn't shown that at all.
February 26, 20214 yr Sister didn't grow on me that episode at all, I don't think she's bitchy I just think she's nasty and there's a difference like her constantly making digs at Ellie, trying to knock her confidence in a cheap attempt to make herself feel better... Nope I guess we all perceive things differently though I just don't get her I suppose :lol:
February 26, 20214 yr 90% of Sister x2's airtime this ENTIRE SEASON happened during this episode. I wish she had been (shown) like this throughout the competition because I doubt she would've been as disliked as she is at the moment. I've got a sinking feeling that we will be having an A'whora / Tayce lipsync soon.

February 26, 20214 yr It’s crazy, she’s arguably been top two in week 1 and both design challenges, high in the Rusical and safe every other week. If it was old All Star Rules she’d be a front runner!

I couldn't care less if a queen has a win or not, Tia was one of my favourites this season. I think we are all allowed to have opinions and personel preferences, right?
February 27, 20214 yr i personally would have had Tayce high over ellie in episode 1, and ellie in the bottom 3 for the rusical! that's not to say she hasn't been killing it generally though. she is incredibly talented and has a lot of potential, i feel like she needs to find her feet and carve out her own identity a little bit more to become fully realised.
