At 31 is the highest ranked Queen from Series 13; Symone. She managed to gain 14 votes overall, however some of those were on the low side, she is the 13th Highest Ranked Winner. Symone seemed to be in Ru’s good books from the first show and was told she had star power by her 2nd win on Week 4…. Fast forward a further 12 weeks (Jesus!) and she is then crowned the winner. I don’t think a Series of Drag Race has bored or disinterested me as much as Series 13, Symone did have a very good run though and won 4 challenges. She hit bottom 2 twice though, however made it all the way to the final and won. Series 13 is the 2nd US Series all out of Queens, usually on these types of things the most recent series do well, however not in this instance!

Sharon has been condemned by a lot of people including Aquaria herself who recently cut of all contact with her- Aquaria revealed that Sharon had invited her round when she was only 14 to her flats and had her around drugs, sex, alcohol etc before she was even allowed into clubs. She said she has been predatory and done similar things with a few girls much younger and also had a lot of backlash for many racist comments.

In July 2020, a former fan of Sharon Needles made a written statement in a Google doc which claimed that they were manipulated and abused by the Drag Race star.

 

Sharon Needles, whose real name is Aaron Coady, is accused of befriending the fan while they were 15 years old and sustaining a friendship with her over the next two years. Sharon allegedly worsened her fan’s mental health, forced them to drink alcohol while they were underage, gave them drugs, and even exposed herself to the fan.

 

Aquaria wrote: “i feel awful for anyone he has hurt. i have also said this a million times already, but i do not support that man and SERIOUSLY do not wish to continue speaking on my experiences beyond being supportive towards the victim.

Sorry if it annoyed anyone if I made comments about Sharon’s behaviours I just figured people voting in this would follow the people they voted for ig haha. I don’t follow the small cancellations moments but the Sharon one was definitely huge on Twitter and Tiktok- Bob and Monet commented on it and even my friend who doesn’t watch Drag Race asked me what had happened with Sharon Needles so I figured it was pretty widespread. In all the tea about any All-Winners season she’s been ruled out as even being casted similar to Tyra and for one of the biggest queens ever in Aquaria to even release a statement about it once the initial claims were made was pretty huge.

Season 13 being the second season out feels right.

 

Tbh it feels still like s12 was the last 'real' season & s13 was a strange stopgap between now and the next 'real' season starting.

30 = Divina De Campo (UK Series 1) = 214pts

Kicking off the top 30 is the highest ranked Queen from UK Series 1 and the 2nd highest UK Queen overall, Divina De Campo. Divina became the fan favourite throughout the first Series of UK Drag Race and I think a lot of people wanted her to win, however in the end The Vivienne won and Divina settled for 2nd place. She had a great run throughout the series though and won 3 Challenges and was the only Queen of the Series to not hit the bottom 2. I really liked Divina at the time, however I’m due a rewatch of Series 1 again soon and she may come under some re-appraisal. With Divina's exit it means just Bimini remains from Drag Race UK and UK Series 1 becomes the third Series (from UK, US and CA) to be all out of Queens.

29 = Heidi N Closet (Series 12) = 219pts

At 29 is Heidi N Closet who the 3rd highest ranked Queen from Series 12 behind Crystal and Jaida, she gained 11 votes overall and 219pts. Heidi became a bit of a force of nature throughout Series 12 and had such a great personality – her confessionals were hilarious and whilst some of her runways often seemed a little basic, she more than made up for it with how she carried herself. Heidi only won 1 main challenge and hit the bottom 2 on 4 occasions, she eventually was eliminated against Jackie Cox and finished in 6th place (5th if you discount Sherry). Heidi then went on to win Miss Congeniality, I’m guessing its only a matter of time before she crops up in an All Stars Series.

Good on Divina for making it so high. She definitely seems as high profile as Viv despite not winning and despite Vivs exposure with youtube/WOW etc.

Her and Baga have seemed like much bigger stars than her since the series despite not winning.
