08th. Just Dance = 12 votes

Welcome Buzzjack to Round 20 of Lady Gaga's least fave singles poll & finishing in a rather respectable 8th place is Just Dance, which received 12 votes (the highest so far), the one that started it all & has managed to rank in the top 10 for the 4th time in a row, in the other polls its managed = 7th in 2014, 4th in 2017 & 7th in 2019. So a pretty consistent run & well deserved as this is one of Gaga's most iconic numbers.

Hard to believe that this took a year to fully blow up, as it kinda floundered around the lower end of the Billboard charts back in 2008, before suddenly becoming a sleeper hit, after finding its footing in Gay clubs in New York & San Francisco, before it blew up nationwide. Sure now this song feels a bit dated, considering its now 13 years old, but at the time this was a game changer with its combinations of synth, electro-pop & chunky bass, along with clipped marching beats & soaring electronics & of course Gaga's powerhouse vocals sprinkled in for good measure. Insanely catchy & whatever you may feel about it, you can't deny the fact that without this we wouldn't have the legacy of Lady Gaga, now imagine that world - no thank you.

A whopping 36 votes were cast in the last round where after a very close battle 'Paparazzi' suddenly gained a surge of votes, with 10, out of pretty much nowhere as it never previously gained more than 3 in previous rounds, could this be in danger of going next (who knows). 'Alejandro' & 'Shallow' both gained 5 votes each, while 'Rain On Me' got 3 votes. Then finally 'Poker Face' got 1 vote.
