Talk about missed chances, there were loads of them, at times the game was a bit frustrating to watch.

Out of this group seeing Slovakia at top of the table for now, I really didn't see that coming, I was expecting Spain to take it.

Yes, great for Slovakia (my sweepstake team ) to be top of the group after the first round of games!
A little bit of trivia Czechoslovakia as one nation won this competition in 1976 beating West Germany 6-3 in a penalty shoot out after a 2-2 draw, Could they face each other in the final
Sweden could've won, Berg had a bunny at the backpost and flubbed it!
Lol it's only one game. Spain absolutely dominated the match by all accounts. They just don't have a decent striker anymore. They built their success from 2008-2012 all on dominating possession and only winning games 1-0 or 2-0 but Torres & Villa were leagues ahead of Morata. Still think they'll go far into the tourno.

Sweden striker Marcus Berg received online abuse after missing an open goal against Spain in Group E at Euro 2020.

Berg missed from close range at the far post after impressive build-up by strike partner Alexander Isak.

Abusive comments were made after the match under images the 34-year-old has posted on his Instagram account.

The Swedish Football Association, who will submit a formal report to police, says the comments are "over the boundaries that we can accept".

Depends how strong Poland are in defence, I could certainly see them doing a Sweden and getting a 0-0 draw from this match.
Spain 1-0 up! With a goal initially rules offside but then given after being reviewed by VAR. Think that's the first time I've seen it happen this way round this contest!
And Spain are 1-0 ahead, Poland definitely have an uphill battle now with Spain dominating possession.

Fantastic result for Poland getting the draw, keeping themselves in the competition!

This leaves Spain in a bit of a sticky situation now, they really need to do well against Slovakia to be ensured of a place in the next round (although Portugal were in a similar situation last time round and they turned out alright...)

Great result for Poland, they played very well and have a good chance of winning against Sweden in their last match.

Slovakia will probably think they have a good chance of getting at least 1 point from their match against Spain now.
