I avoided coming last in any song contest for 6 years and then it happened twice in the last few months I wasn't that passionate about my PFSC entry, so fair, but this one I was really into so I'm a little sad it didn't connect more! July 15, 20214 yr I mean I did have a good feeling after the early hype in the thread, but wow, amazing! Thanks so much all, It was clearly a little more well known than I thought, but I hope some of you did make a discovery out of it as the first I heard of it was playing on the radio in a Clothes store :lol: Two wins in one year, insane :cheeseblock: Fantastic to see my 12 just behind me and Aaj Shanibar and Looking for the Perfect Beat in the top 10 too, really liked both of them. Thanks for this Rollo, was a great contest, always love discovering obscure 70s and 80s music.

July 15, 20214 yr Congrats to Chez, slowly racking up a fair number of these genre forum contest wins B-) I don't really remember much about the song if I'm honest but it was pretty close to my votes so must be a decent winner ~ very happy to see Liaisons D, Classix Nouveaux and The Durutti Column all making the top 5 meaning my own top 5 had 3 songs in common with it, some great stuff in the lower half of the top 10 too. I'm a little disappointed with my own song's performance as I thought it stood out well enough to pick up a few more sets of high points but nevermind, thanks again to the small handful of people who did give it points (Jade proving as usual why she is the best xx) Thanks for hosting Rollo ^_^ another strong edition of this ~ (now we need a certain other genre forum contest to have its overdue next edition soon pls -pokes Cody-)

Enough to have won any previous edition of this except this one and the last one. Many thanks to all the voters! Congrats Chez on joining the rare contingent with multiple CB victories. Wasn't too keen on your entry this time but given you gave me max points I can't complain too much :P happy to see Rupa and Baby Ford in the top 10 both great discoveries!
