Posted August 6, 20213 yr So we have a new edition of AF Idol. Some changes this time meaning there are no eliminations for the first five rounds but the bottom 12 will be eliminated then based on averages over those rounds-so we need to make sure we send some good songs! First round is free choice and we have just under a day to submit a song and I’m open to suggestions. Laura and I will make a final decision particularly as we know what rounds are coming up and can try to plan accordingly. Off you go!

August 7, 20213 yr Author Me too tbh. I was actually thinking of Who Knew. We’re allowed a track we’ve used before and that smashed last time and could give us a good start. Just Like A Pill could do the same but I’d definitely want to keep one for a later round. I’m no one else has anything, I’ll flip a coin later.

I’m glad you agree, sorry I didn’t run it by you yesterday, I was pretty much our all day and yesterday evening and I just wanted to get the song in before the deadline :lol: No offence to them, but I don’t trust the Inner Circle to make a choice on our behalf :lol:

August 12, 20213 yr Author PInk finished joint 6th, solidly in the top half! A good start! So the next round is an album track. We can’t use Runaway because it was used last time. Here are a few suggestions off the top of my head but feel free to post your own. What would make other users choose Pink? August 13, 20213 yr Author I think Cuz I Can was a single somewhere I think. More suggestions please! We have about 8 hours to decide me I’m out for a lot of the day. I’m leaning towards Long Way To Happy which was my initial thought but it’s also gaining a bit of support here.
