August 9, 20214 yr From OCC update, 82 New ALL TIME GREATS - BUDDY HOLLY - SPECTRUM MUSIC Anyone know what this album is? The links to Amazon and iTunes give 2 different Various Artist albums. Even the OCC album cover has 4 different images, none of which is Buddy Holly. It’s this It seems to be an HMV compilation (the HMV store is currently down but when it comes back up you can find it on there too), although weirdly I saw it sold in Asda too.
August 9, 20214 yr If those Fri predictions are accurate for albums Will would be less than 2k behind Thats easily doable if they drop prices and push on socia media In Music Week it said Wills preorders were the same as for Lexicon so if that’s true he should have more than 6k sales.
August 10, 20214 yr Oh I hope Will has another bump of sales coming today, would be so good for him to get the #1, or at least top 2 to continue his unbroken run of top 2 albums. The album isn't really my cup of tea but he is such a talented artist with an incredible voice, he deserves more success.
August 10, 20214 yr NO Update today? No, as per the first post, Tuesday updates are not guaranteed. If we had one we'd have posted it.
August 10, 20214 yr It’s this It seems to be an HMV compilation (the HMV store is currently down but when it comes back up you can find it on there too), although weirdly I saw it sold in Asda too. The HMV release date is given as 8th November 2019. Now it appears to be on general release. It is available in both Asda and Tesco for £5 (2 CDs, 40 tracks). Asda has the Elv1s - 30 #1 Hits for £3 and a 3-CD of 60 Everly Brothers tracks also for £3. Edited August 11, 20214 yr by ben08

August 11, 20214 yr Will could just hold on at this rate, he's had a pretty good bump in the last 2 days!
August 11, 20214 yr Glad Will is still #1, he's doing personally signed albums at Banquet Records, so hopefully that'll get some last minute sales on Thurs.
August 11, 20214 yr 'Bad Habits' definitely feels like it has outstayed its welcome at the top now, hopefully the gap between that and 'Stay' will be a lot less next week. Looks like it's gonna be touch and go for Will!
August 11, 20214 yr Excuse my ignorance but are the figures physicals and digital downloads only at this stage with streams added at the end of the week? I’ve very pleased to see Will still holding on but remember bitterly him being pipped at the post for the top spot with Lexicon due to Capaldi’s streaming. Edited August 11, 20214 yr by ros

No, streaming is added throughout the week just like pure sales. Some services are just a day behind with their data reporting.
