A live recorded performance of ‘Body Point’ has now surfaced. It sounds fabulous, and a lot more commercial sounding than Mirrorball. Rumours are that it could be out as soon as this Friday.

The album will be released on the same day with Ms Swift?

Should be a good and interesting battle.

Good luck to Alex & Co!

Its an interesting era, Body Paint and Mirrorball both remind me of the 80s band ABC particularly their song 'All of My Heart'.

Fair play to AM’s pulling 2 Top 30 singles out the bag in a market where achieving that is probably harder for a band like them now than at any point before, plus the ever present classic ‘505’ achieving a new peak (just!) this week.

I can’t hear that comparison at all!

same, like from 1 to 100, zero :D
One of the two artists should push the release of their album back at week. I don’t want AM losing #1 to TS

This - both will go after it but I feel TS has the edge with all the various variants and signed editions.

Another reason for one of the artists to push the album back a week as there are no major albums released on 28th October. By doing this, both artists will manage to get turns at #1

If any would have changed, they would weeks ago, not now

you are really clueless about charts and label

It can be up to the artist
