i still can't get over Leigh-Anne being 8 months pregnant with twins. i know she didn't move an awful lot but still being able to serve absolute beauty & radiance and obviously be in fittings/make-up/hair and then filming an additional two videos that week is insane.

props to Perrie as well obviously but TWINS (and also Leigh had such a small frame, I can't imagine how shredded her lower back was lol)

Exactly! Considering all of that, they smashed this video!

This is very 90’s, I quite like it tbh. Not as instant as their last few singles but definitely solid.
#162 on Apple Music. Not a bad debut!

Edited by Dynasty.

Where are we thinking this will chart next Friday? With the Kayne and Drake album’s most likely clogging up the top 10, I think we can rule out a top 10 debut and I don’t know if it’s strong enough to climb into the top 10 later down the line.

I don’t think Kanye will be in the top 10 next week. I’m not even sure he’ll be there today (watch me have to eat my words later!).

They will have Drake to contend with though

Yes all of their singles (apart from some remixes).

I wonder what's happened that a LEAD single off the back of a huge era isn't insta-added to R1 or HHUK?

i wonder if the last minute swap impacted this? idk, it does seem a bit odd.

#4 on iTunes now - overtaken both of Ed's songs.

#4 and #17 on iTunes. Combining both would definitely place it higher than 4

I like the video , think people are expecting too much considering as already been said they were 8 months pregnant,

we lucky we even got a video tbh,

think them being on maternity leave may hinder this , hopefully their team push it

Drake hahaha!

Taken over Apple within just a few hours as expected though.

I feel like this is one of the few times where they're more concerned about pushing the album/getting a number 1 with that than focusing on the single. I can't see there being any sort of promo for this whatsoever.

i don’t see there being any promo but not much they can do right now anyway

The song isn't lighting up my world *yet*, certainly not as good as any of the Confetti singles, but it is good and I'm enjoying it with more listens.

Regarding the video, totally understandable given they were so heavily pregnant, but I just found the Diana Vickers-esque hand gestures a bit too much.

The more I listen the better it gets. From 2021, it’s far superior to Confetti and Kiss My as singles. Hope it secures top 10. Can’t see it being a MASSIVE hit but I think that’s down to the fact this is their 6th single in 9 months this year (even though SM was released last year) and therefore the singles aren’t being given long enough to achieve longevity and gather those sales.

This is what I've been saying too. I think if they hadn't already given us a full album, a remixed single from that album, two dance collabs and another pop collab in the last 10 months then this would feel more 'fresh' and 'exciting' but because we've been absolutely fed with material (most of it being their best ever work) it means this is going to have to be phenomenal to live up to everything else and stand out but I feel like people will still listen to think and just go back to streaming Heartbreak Anthem instead.

Not sure I agree on the budget. One location, one set of costumes. An outfit change would have enhanced the video I think.

Song is decent I think and probably a grower, but definitely sounds like a greatest hits release single as opposed to a This Is Our New Era.

I said it at the time but this is probably a reason behind Jesy jumping ship - the pregnancies and the fact that they will have kids will limit the amount of promo/touring/general work that they can do as a unit for the next few months at least if not longer, and that's if it doesn't change their priorities completely as well.

I’m sure Jesy left before they even knew they were pregnant?
