Posted November 11, 20213 yr Following 2018's Confident Music For Confident People, they're back with the second album due out next year and lead single 'Holiday' out now. VcCSBrtyEP8 I saw them at Mighty Hoopla in 2019 and have been loving them since, they're brilliant!
November 11, 20213 yr Yeah I heard this on 6Music this morning at work- thought it sounded good, Underworld meets M.I.A. indeed. Wondered where they'd got to - they dropped the amazing “Does It Make You Feel Good?” at the end of 2019 and “First Class Bitch” in 2020 then kinda just disappeared with no news on an album, so I'm glad that they are putting something new out!
December 28, 20213 yr Album out April 1st which should mean a couple more singles before then. Holiday is still such a banger
January 1, 20223 yr I want to like this more than I actually do. Musically I'm on board but lyrically it just makes me cringe, especially his sections.
January 2, 20223 yr I'm completely on the same page as Dandu* on this - "Holiday" is a very good backing track that badly needs someone to write a decent song for it. No more juvenile nonsense about being naked and living for weed. Edited January 2, 20223 yr by Shoat
January 27, 20223 yr New single out today and it's fab. Sounds straight out of the early 90s dance scene! V1Gs64Oh-tM
February 1, 20223 yr Author I have to be honest, I really didn't like 'Holiday' that much  This however is a lot better, I'm loving those early 90s vibes!
February 9, 20223 yr Wow 'Feels Like A Different Thing' really sounds like a lost 90s gem, stanning the random jungle breakdown as well *.* Definitely a lot more into this than I ever was with 'Holiday', think it may be contending with 'Better Sit Down Boy' for my favourite song I've heard from them to date.
March 21, 20223 yr Noel Gallagher and U2's The Edge have been confirmed to have uncredited roles on the album!
April 7, 20223 yr Author This album is such a riot! Pure 90s dance vibes throughout. 'Break It Bought It' is probably my highlight, and 'Angry Woman' really raised a smile. Even 'Holiday' kind of fits in well and makes complete sense within context of the album.
June 25, 20223 yr Saw a few song clips of them at Glastonbury with my mate this evening. 'Holiday' of course closing was fab. Also liked the sound of 'Boyfriend' which was just before it.
July 2, 20222 yr I've heard Holiday a handful of times this week on Radio 1 and Radio 2 evenings. They seem to be playing it off the back of hype from their Glasto set
July 3, 20222 yr Glastonbury had a positive effect on the album as it hikes up the Dance Chart to #1 this week
July 11, 20222 yr It would seem Holiday is getting another push. It is Greg James' Tune of the Week on Radio 1 from today
