From the singles released from the Guest List Edition, is A Second to Midnight the "most successful"?

Easily I'd say. I imagine it's sold the most with all the times it almost charted etc.

How much has Disco now sold? How far is it off Golden’s total?

From what i thinik and its only an estimate i think Disco is slightly ahead of Golden now on sales.

Disco has done well given it was released during lockdown. It may have sold even better if it has been released in more normal circumstances.

It didnt get toured either which would have also got it some more sales.

Triple vinyl down to £16.97 too and Deluxe 5 Disc £6.58….there must be way too much stock left! These are bargains.

 

 

Its good to see them reduced to try and sell through as much as possible and get the last few sales in for Disco.

Even though this era didn’t give us a tour, she really gave us so much to enjoy… it’s been a very fulfilling era to experience. :wub:

Did I miss anything out? I decided to include Starstruck and Marry the Night even though they were side projects that happened to fall within this era. There’s also been some nostalgia with the Can’t Get You Out of My Head remix and the upcoming physical releases of Especially for You.

 

Plus of course throughout this era she casually dominated the wine industry! :lol:

Its been a great run, every so often she gave us something to look forward to and really helped make the disco era nice and lengthy rather than a flash in the pan.

She definitely kept us well fed to make up for not touring it, but I guess in the end this was the lockdown album!

It is amazing and great to see, sometimes you just need a song to be used in the right setting and it can take off as we saw with Kate. Look at Rosa Linn, Armenia eurovision entry and came very low in the final but used on tik to and its becoming a hit so who knows what could happen. When flower was used in emmerdale a few years I was expecting it to take off more than it did as the song worked so well in the scene but it did help it go top 100. I still think someday a kylie remix as a featured artist might take off. We can live in hope but we are lucky as kylie has had so many big hits down through the years.
