November 23, 20213 yr Sad to lose 'Morenita' especially when it was so close to being an AQ </3 was 6th in the semi for me. But yasssss at Pagasa making it *.* post-rock songs usually do qualify tbh so I was quietly confident at least after seeing that dhwe had actually voted but the predictions still had me nervous. And I'm glad that at least one of our debuting nations has qualified (especially with an R&B entry which was not an overly safe first choice!), fingers crossed for Pukarnia in the other semi too. Lost these from my semi 1 ranking, with the caveat that my rankings for this semi felt very scuffed as I wasn't paying full attention (especially near the start) and didn't get around to doing a second listen: 3rd Trifoski 6th Danæviia 7th Greenfroze 13th D'yermak'er 15th Niceland 25th Republic of Adonia 26th East Rukahavian 28th Eastovka 29th Hushkanukia (oops I actually really liked the previous ITZY entry but this one wasn't great) Time for me to start feeling on edge now. x

November 23, 20213 yr Oh yes for Skall actually qualifying!!! Danæviia's sacrifice was not in vain. Tartford's was good too, liking it about as much if not slightly more than the other E'voke entry I think! (though we're now out of E'voke top 40 hits for Tartford to mine entries from :basil:)
