I like it and most people are shocked it hasn’t went top 10 before (in fact most non chart geeks think most classic Xmas songs have been at number one simply because they are so well known. I always have to tell my family at Xmas the Pogues never got to number one) so much so I responded to Richard Osman on Twitter last week when he said how many weeks ‘Driving Home For Christmas’ has been top 75 but never made it. I told him it might be next week not this Friday!

Yeah the chart on the 31st of December will still be absolutely packed with Christmas songs, the first proper chart of 2022 with all the Christmas songs gone will be the following Friday the 7th of January.
