Adele's sales down just over 1k compared to last week's Wednesday update. Although no clue of what missing sales there are. Could be most did their Christmas shopping last week. Although Wednesday/Thursday/Friday this week are likely to be big sales days I would assume.

The Kunts could end up missing the top 10

Language like that shouldn't be allowed to chart at all. Against human decency. :arrr:

Hopefully The Kunts stay Top 10!

Although it proves the rule of diminishing returns when the same joke is done over and over again… apart from sausage roll bollocks. 100k charity donations disguised as musical sales. But it’s even more bizarre in an era when charity records have less guaranteed success than ever due to streaming.

Does anyone think that 30 will do 600k overall by the end of the year?

Such an important message though.

I think it should do. It'll be on around ~570-575k by the end of this week. It should be able to do 25-30k next week with Christmas eve/day being part of the week. The stream sales for the album will likely increase too as Christmas songs drop out of the chart and non-Christmas songs rise up once again.

Damn it’s a shame to see the Kunts dropping to #10 already, they will definitely miss the top 10 now, I expect them to land somewhere between #11-20, the fact Scott will just laugh it off and call it a rude song and probably give it no recognition too so it will really just be forgotten about.
Big question where cheeky Sam fender and imagine dragons get close top 40

Sam Fender #18, we only have the top 40 and Imagine Dragons aren't there

No need for LadBaby to put his oar in regarding The Kunts, you have it sawn up so what's the problem?

More petty "drama" to drive up sales I presume although as you say it's a foregone conclusion so it's very unnecessary.

Maybe LadBaby is a big fan of Boris and the government despite the contempt they display for the general public.

Snowman still just shy of the Top 40. Maybe it can make it next week as last year it didn’t drop quite as hard as the other Christmas songs from Boxing Day.

I think it’s because people see it as not just a Christmas song, but a song to do with winter in general.

Christmas Wrapping.

Never seems to do much, but I think it deserves Top 40.

It goes on a bit, but I always think its a jolly enough track.

Just saying.

Surely Christmas day is the worst day of the year for general album sales. Shops are shut, I cant imagine people rushing to order anything online xmas day either. Mon/Tues will be bank holidays too so shops will have limited trading hours.

Adele could do 30k next week but it wont be getting those sales from xmas day.

I always thought Christmas day was a decent day for sales? Quite a lot of people use their gift cards/money etc to buy music online. Granted the iTunes gift card effect died out years ago, but general sales I thought did well. Particularly with the rise of Amazon and Amazon gift cards being a common gift people receive.
