January 17, 20223 yr Almost certain Baga is going to win this at this point Pretty sure they’ll want a UK queen to win and can’t really see it being Blu or Cheryl I can see the UK and US queens being the most favoured and dominant as they’ll be the most well known and have the most hype but I’m much more interested in the the other 4
January 17, 20223 yr I'd be surprised if Baga won!! I do like her outside of the show but are we forgetting how awful her runways were? From what I've seen she hasn't improved much in that department! I think if it'll be any of the UK queens, it'll be Blu who has stepped her game up with fashion etc and seems to be much more personable, and have better stage presence/comedic skills from when I saw her recently.
January 17, 20223 yr I'm stanning Pangina and Jimbo going in. Cheryl, Baga and Blu already (unfortunately) feel like a bit of small frys compared to the heights of some queens that have been on DRUK since. I would like to see Cheryl be allowed to redeem herself though and Blu given more deserved praise too. Fingers crossed all 3 and Jimbo have improved their lipsyncs!
January 17, 20223 yr im just so stressed abt who will go home first lol. i don’t want any of them to! i think if they want a UK winner it will be blu. can see pangina and mo/lemon then making up the top 3 maybe. personally will be supporting jimbo and cheryl !
January 17, 20223 yr Janey, Monique, Lemon and Pangina are the ones I'm most excited for, I'm so excited for everyone to see Janey and Pangina! All I'm saying is good luck anyone who has to lipsync against Janey  I'm actually the least excited for the UK queens, Cheryl is just shit at Drag Race tbh and Baga is actually lowkey annoying and is really shown up for her looks when you put her next to this cast. I'm guess I'm interested to see if Blu has had a glow up. Jimbo I feel could go either way but I expect Ru will love her? Then again I don't know how the judges didn't love her last time so maybe not.
January 17, 20223 yr i barely remember janey’s lipsync… prob mostly cos i was mad chelseaboy was sent home lol. didnt réalise she had that kind of reputation!
January 17, 20223 yr Not so much her lipsync but her Rusical - her performance skills are insane. Shouldn't have been in the bottom for that anyway over Ma'Ma but that's another story  The thought of a girl group challenge with say Lemon/Monique, Janey and Pangina! *.*
January 17, 20223 yr Author Watching these back to back, I think this cast feels stronger than I'd built it up to be in my brain! I'm just such a Cheryl Hole stan, I don't even think she IS shit at Drag Race, she's certainly not shit at confessionals and actually bringing entertainment. I think she might be a surprise this series!
January 17, 20223 yr To me she just rehashes the same "jokes" and is very bog standard typical Drag Race personality which is fine just not for me really
January 17, 20223 yr Not a fan of her Promo look but I am here for Jimbo to slay - hopefully the different judging panel wont ignore her talent this time!
January 17, 20223 yr All I'm saying is good luck anyone who has to lipsync against Janey  Really? I don't remember her being that impressive, but maybe I'm biased as I really really really didn't like her and her personality on the show. She came across so bad and I cringed everytime she did a talking head. So definitely not supporting *my* (I'm Dutch) queen. Will be very curious to see, as I can see them favouring the US and UK girls. Mostly excited for Cheryl Hole. I know she is definitely not the strongest girl in there, and at times a bit basic, but she is just so fun, knows she is a bit basic and plays with it.
January 19, 20223 yr Author To me she just rehashes the same "jokes" and is very bog standard typical Drag Race personality which is fine just not for me really I mean, Kitty is one of my other top ~5 queens of Drag Race UK and I know how you feel about her too, so I guess this makes sense
January 19, 20223 yr i really dislike the UK queens who play up to meme culture and make obvious drag references... anything about "you ain't my MUFFA" level of humour isn't for me. It was funny 20 years ago when Eastenders did it and then in the Corrie/Eastenders crossover.
January 20, 20223 yr A lot of gay culture is making references only we know about...esp in the uk.. Anyway, I love the cast I was gonna who I was most hype for then I realised It's the whole cast really.
January 20, 20223 yr The deepcut references in UK drag and UK gay culture really set it apart from US I think. Stuff like that one Lisa Scott Lee documentary from 15 years ago or a meme that lasted a week :')
January 20, 20223 yr I'm hoping to go to a viewing party for this since it actually will air on tv! I think I also am excited to see everyone.
