Some great songs but I just adore neon blue, a hundred years of winter is by far my least fave.

Here and Now is one of my fave Steps songs so sorry One For Sorrow

 

I like Neon Blue but I don’t love it, so that’s my weakest

1. To the Beat of My Heart (a contender for my fave Steps song these days!)

4. Say You’ll Be Mine/Better The Devil You Know (feel like I have to put this midtable as I have polarising views on the two tracks - Devil is a fine but not standout cover but I adore Say You'll Be Mine, I'd rank it 2nd on its own!)

5. Here and Now/You’ll Be Sorry (two solid but ultimately midtable tracks)

6. A Hundred Years of Winter (it's nice but not much replay value!)

Totally agree about better the devil you know but I love say you'll be mine.

Least: A Hundred Years Of Winter

A Hundred Years of Winter is the weakest release from Steps since they reformed.

I understand they were trying to show a different side to the album but I never wanted it to be a single especially when there were some far stronger songs to choose from.

Steps need to step (!) away from releasing things others have written for them. Yes it gives Lisa something to talk about but it doesn’t mean the songs are stronger for it!

Neon Blue is my favourite, and even though I will defend A Hundred Years of Winter as being a good song, it's my least favourite in the list!

Here and Now/You’ll Be Sorry was a peak for me when Steps won me over, Buzz is my all time favourite Steps album.

I was the opposite when Buzz was released, i felt it wasnt as good as the first 2 albums but nowdays i feel different, some of the album tracks really grew on me, while i still much prefer Step one, Buzz would now be ahead of steptacular for me.

Buzz presented many single opportunities as do all their albums but Paradise Lost should have become one of them instead of a poor cover of Kylie's classic Better The Devil You Know.
