I feel like it’s possible the girls may well make up with Jesy privately and I’d be here for that!

I don’t feel Jesy would ever become a member of the band again though, definitely not in terms of recording music as a four piece again. I’m hesitant as to if she’d actually tour with them again in the form of a “hits” like tour like what Girls Aloud did with the Ten era. I feel like they may make up privately at some point and their issues will be addressed carefully and respectfully but I don’t think Jesy would rejoin the band again as a member.

no. there’s a lot of delusion in this thread lol.

You can state your opinion, and even defend it if you like; but referring to the views of others as "delusions" is just unnecessarily insulting.

Not in the immediate future for sure. But provided she learns her lesson, says sorry, works on healing herself and basically does a lot of owning her shit past and present then yes, I could see a stage where Jesy is back in the fold. But that won't be for a long time yet.

Robbie Williams did less worse things than her (throwing Gary Barlow under the bus was basically his shtick for a long time at the start of his solo career) and he still ended up returning to Take That.

i think the difference is with robbie and jesy is that Robbie would help SELL RECORDS, i don't think Jesy will contribute anwyhere near as much.

You can’t compare petty drama like that to deep, complex issues regarding racism and blackfishing though. This isn’t a ‘Mel C says Geri’s song is shit on CD:UK’ or ‘Robbie called Gary a twat during an interview’ thing.

It’s so much deeper than that.

Agree - not the same situation at all.

I am well aware of that - and I don't like how Jesy's gone about her business since leaving the girls, particularly on the whole blackfishing issue. But cliche as it is, I believe time and maturity are healers.

My point I was trying to make is people say things and behave in ways that we would rather they didn't. Either Jesy will learn that on her own with the passing of time or she won't. No one is responsible for how she chooses to conduct herself but her alone.

But there is nothing wrong with hoping that she will see sense and apologize - like it or not, she was a big part of their legacy and their story, regardless of whether or not there is ultimately forgiveness 5, 10, 15 years down the line.

I would welcome her back if she completely owned it and apologised, but I honestly don't think she has it in her to do that. She's always on the defence from recent interviews- maybe time will heal, but I just can't see it personally.

but those views are delusional, because as others have said, the issues that stemmed from Jesy leaving/her behaviour afterwards are a lot bigger than bickering (Which actually isn't Little Mix's case at all) it speaks of social issues and her attitude towards a band member who stood by her, cried for her, loved and supported her so openly but had it all thrown back in her face. (Also there are worse insults lol)

I think they're all settled on Little Mix being a 3 piece now, and it's how the general public want them too judging by the reception to Little Mix post-Jesy.

Returning is a redemption arc, which people will eventually want.

If the stars of the others fade, people will likely only remember LM as a four-piece. Look at how H&Claire completely threw the other three under the bus but then crashed and burned, eventually everyone clamoured for them to all get back together and bury the hatchet.

I don't see her ever coming back.

It's so different to spice girls. 2 years of intense mega stardom in a pressure pot vs 9 years of evolution. Of them supporting her through thick and thin from day one. Wiping her tears on x factor to crying in her documentary.

For her to then say she didn't know Leighanne struggled...like...for real, ignore their pregnancies, BLOCK THEM and them basically join in doing to them what so many people did to you.

She has had it rough but she's abundantly ignorant and they owe her nothing.

Yeah I feel the comparisons to Spice Girls or Take That are widely off the mark.

It is very clear that Jesy's issues with the other girls stem from them actually not getting along and from Jesy's bullying and racist behaviour in public (let alone what we dont know that might have happened behind the scenes).... We know that they actually fell out way before the Confetti campaign started, or where they just rumours?

Im not fussed to be honest, if she returns or not. She sounds like a bit of a twat and doesnt really add much to the group imo, let alone the issues mentioned above.

There were rumours that Leigh Anne and Jesy fell out around the Get Weird era but that was never proven/confirmed.

This is the same era where Leigh-Anne broke into tears describing what she loved about Jesy. Don't think this is true.

To be honest, if someone asked me to describe what I loved about someone I disliked, I’d burst into tears too.
I genuinely believe any ‘falling out’ happened during 2020, those girls loved each other and I don’t believe they faked being friends for years.

I think because it's race-fuelled it might take a long time for the girls to forgive Jesy, or for Jesy to mature enough to understand how badly she handled everything.

But, saying that, I do believe it's not beyond repair and can see a 4-piece reunion in the future at some point. The issue is, at the moment, do most people even want Jesy back? They were so much more relaxed as a 3-peice.

To be honest, if someone asked me to describe what I loved about someone I disliked, I’d burst into tears too.

😄 🤣 😂
