With the Pussycat Dolls having a reunion, do you think Little Mix would ever reunite?

Oh, 100 per cent. I’m ready and raring. We always message each other and are bantering like, “So how long until we do a reunion? Are we going to do one? Where is it?” I’m like, just give me a ballpark time. Do you know what I mean? Just let me know when.

Would it be as a three or a four?

A three. Definitely a three.

I’m a bit shocked at that. I mean, maybe it’s just the fact that the interviewer was ballsy enough to ask such a question but also that Perrie just answered it directly.

I’d rather Jesy made amends and they got back together as they were MUCH better as a 4 piece and it was never the same once she left. It seemed like there were maybe some bridges built behind the scenes lately with Leigh at least so I’m sad that a 4 piece still isn’t on the cards.

Entirely possible Jesy simply doesn’t want to come back as well I guess…

I think a lot of people struggle to see that two things can be true at once with this whole situation, they can all wish each other well but simultaneously not want to work together in a professional capacity right now, that’s completely normal.

Jesy has been very honest about the effect on her mental health being in the group had, I don’t see the obsession with trying to force a reunion that none of them would seemingly be happy with? You also might ask the same question in five years time and get a different answer, it often happens. Just because they’re not there now doesn’t mean they never will be.

And let’s be fair, she got asked a very direct question so gave a very direct answer. There’s no ‘right’ answer she could have given that would have appeased everyone, even an open-ended answer would get taken out of context.

My main issue is the wording is pretty bad and could have been said more delicately. As surely she knew this would have resulted in Jesy getting hate - Twitter is full of it right now after this. She knows what Jesy’s going through and it feels to me the hate is being encouraged at a time it is really not necessary.

I’m not saying Jesy didn’t do things wrong in the past but we’re 5 years past that and , she’s caring for two disabled children that nearly died but she’s still getting shade? Disappointing.

I don't see anything wrong in Perrie just being honest though...Jesy made it clear she doesn't like the 'popstar' life and very much made it clear she was no longer part of Little Mix. All the girls have mentioned Jesy, when clips are shown they usually include Jesy but as for reuniting I can't see it happening in the next 10 years. I could see it happening one day but fans are crazy to think Jesy would be reuniting with them when they return.

Why are fans giving Jesy hate? Surely it was just common sense given Jesy formally left LM.

Exactly its not really Perries fault if some of the Fandom are unhinged she hasn't said anything negative about Jesy , but its also clearly obvious that old wounds havent fully healed yet either just look at Leigh-Annes video for tight up skirt

She will of answered it how's shes feeling right now , shes also openly admitted in the past she doesnt deal well with confrontation Perrie that is

Heck even in Jesys documentary shes basically admitted the popstar part of her lifestyle is behind her for now at least

I’m actually seeing Perrie get quite a bit of abuse for this, including a couple of unsavoury DM’s.

It’s a five word answer that was just honest. I think the issue to a lot of people is that it’s not the answer they wanted her to give.

I think you've all made some fair points, we can't control how a (vocal) portion of the fanbase reacts. Although, I am seeing the majority of the tweets against Jesy with tens of thousands of likes attacking Jesy after this. Social media really is a double edged sword.

I also get the point that it wasn't the answer that some of us, like myself wanted. Hopefully one day they'll reunite, but it'll be a long way away if it ever happens as a four!

I personally don't see anything wrong with Perrie's response and it reads to me that she's probably just as annoyed as the rest of them for continuously being asked about it, more so than how she particularly feels about it.

Jesy literally wanted nothing to do with the band at all once she left. Didn't she sign some kind of deal where she doesn't want to make money from any part of it anymore/use the name or something? (I'm not sure on exact ins and outs of that ofc though) So why is it so surprising that Perrie gave the answer many expected in the first place? It's bizarre to me. I think those who WANT Jesy in the band so soon, are actually quite mean for constantly wanting/commenting something for her, that she very clearly doesn't want to be a part of (at least for now - who knows in 10 years time or whatever).

I think it's clear LM as a 4-piece is not happening before a 3-piece reunion however long that may be. I think that side of the fanbase (not particularly anyone here) need to desperately move on and continue supporting the girls in whichever way they want and just revel in the fact that if it is to happen at some point, we all know it'll be because it's on THEIR terms and not just to appeal to a certain demographic of the fans/for a quick cash grab.

I do really wish the media would stop poking them for answers about Little Mix now. All four of them have to deal with it, and every time it just causes unnecessary drama.

I think it was Perrie for who specifically once had an interview brief for ‘no Jesy related questions’ but they actually included that in the interview so she got criticised for that too.

I get the impression that Jesy doesn't want to be in the business anymore, so at least the answer respects her wishes.

You can't stop people on social media being horrendous though, sadly.

I dont know why anyone was shocked. She was there for 9 years. She been out for almost 7. They've JUST started having contact again. There is years of healing to be done and Jesy herself has said she doesnt want to return to music.

It's also important to consider that we're seeing words on a page. We can't interpret tone of voice. It's a short, direct answer but that's all we know, and guessing Perrie's intention behind that wouldn't be fair IMO. We also don't know what her and Jesy have talked about, or how much they've talked, I believe? For all we know they could have kept talk strictly to Jesy's personal situation as opposed to resolving any of the issues that existed from Little Mix - some things are more important.

Yeah there’s nothing wrong with Perries response at all.

Plus we’re kind of forgetting that Jesy doesn’t want to be a pop star, she’s said as much that music is on the back burner and she’s focussing on her children.
