The reason given for Perfect going to permanent ACR when it did is that it was 3 years after the date in 2017 the application went in for it to get a manual reset. Which implies that a song which hasn't had a manual reset should go to ACR as soon as they reach 3 years old, but they didn't do that for Dave's Screwface Capital earlier this year. So it looks like they introduced the rule specifically to stop Perfect re-entering the Top 40 again that week.

Anyway it looks like Peru could be on its way to another decline this week, if so it would then only need one more.

aah ok thank you :)

I'm guessing the pure sales (downloads) are helping N Dubz a lot because streaming wise its had a modest start at best. Hope it can hold up in the Top 20.

Max they have is 1000 sales from downloads

Bare in mind they have all the Harry album tracks above them + many many songs on ACR

Was looking right now at Apple's data and N Dubz would be 15-16 if you discard the harry tracks/old songs on ACR

It’s only 16 mins so I assume not?

Of course it counts, the rule is > 25 min OR > 4 songs

wonder if jax/mnek are close to acr?

It’s basic like but I really like it think it’s MNEK vocals for me and think it woulda done much better released like now during the summer. Not much warm weather forecast for the next 10 days so might be on acr before the decent weather

honestly would not be surprised if first class goes on acr before peru <_<

For me how long this avoids acr is one of the most interesting things in the chart right now

I can't see anything annoying about 'Go', when its fresh music from a brand new artist, Why dig it!!!!.

It’s because it’s been top 10 for more than 5 weeks

N Dubz snatching that new peak for their ‘Greatest Hits’ 11 years after it stalled at #38 :cheer:
Harry's House opens with 61,430 sales, with 42,063 from physical, 16,408 from streams and 2,959 from downloads. With Sunday's streaming data still to be counted, Styles has already beaten the first week totals of his previous two albums: 2017's self-titled debut sold 57,000 copies and Fine Line moved 49,000. Both records are in the charts this week, with Fine Line at No.13 on 1,464 sales and Harry Styles at No.28 on 877.

Styles' tally is over 16 times that of its nearest competitor, Xpropaganda's The Heart Is Strange (3,763 sales). In third is the 40th anniversary edition of The Clash's 1982 album Combat Rock (3,315 sales), while Kendrick Lamar's Mr Morale & The Big Steppers falls 2-4 with 3,283 sales. Completing the Top 5 is Everything Everything's Raw Data Feel (2,797 sales). Also new to the Top 10 this week are Music Week cover star M Huncho's Chasing Euphoria (2,627 sales, No.6), Rick Astley's Whenever You Need Somebody (2,263 sales, No.9) and Jack Savoretti's Europiana (1,974 sales, No.10).

Harry's House is making waves in the singles chart too, with the first three spots filled by tracks from the album. Lead single and current No.1 As It Was (27,792 sales) leads the way, followed by Late Night Talking (18,921 sales) and Music For A Sushi Restaurant (16,863 sales). Cat Burns' Go falls one spot to No.4 (13,285 sales) as does Lizzo's About Damn Time to No.5 (12,881 sales).

So Harry should clear 100k, or JUST fall short but still amazing sales for 2022! As it was will probably clear 70k again this week- looking to become the biggest seller this year soon I think! I’d be very happy with that!
Hold My Hand #44, Gaga queen of charts smashing!

Only a Gaga stan could refer to charting at #44 as smashing

(although I still believe it will go top 40 eventually)
