Martial is leaving, thought I'd never see the day...

Guess we don't need to worry about that Balon d'Or clause anymore.

  • He's been on par with Chelsea's Robert Sanchez this season who is also shockingly mistake-prone for a 'top' team. At least they've had the foresight to kick him out of the team (even though the backup

He seemed good at first but got sick of his attitude. He had a lazy work ethic
How much wages did yous waste on that lazy prick?

He was on 150k per week I think. Rashford is on 350k the previous guy used to hand out huge contracts for fun he was so incompetent.

It was even worse, he was on 250K a week this season, the same as Mount and on more than Bruno Fernandes... go figure!
It’s probably because Bruno got a lower wage to start as he had something to prove when arriving but has shown to be twice the player of them. You’d think being the club captain would mean an automatic increase though.

What's this, a team that plays in blue demanding £80M for a centre back that is relatively unproven at the top level? Now where have I heard this before?

Is that for Branthwaite or Yoro?

I remember last year I was quite hopeful then they signed Mount for a ridiculous amount and I knew then it was going to be a shitty season. Not quite there yet but some of the rumours and the ten haag decision its looking like another bit of a mess. I would love for them to just get good fees for Antony, Sancho, maguire, mount, Greenwood and a few more then do stuff properly and sign real good young quality. A lot of hyper over this guy you mention but anything over 50 mill would be obscene
He’s good player imo!

Yeah I like him too. Although hard to judge how he'd play in a high line and be exposed on a regular basis.

United throwing out a £35m opening bid which was publically rejected. Don't think Everton will sell for anything less than £75m. Bonkers opening bid.

To be fair that's about what he's worth.

No chance he goes for anything less than £50m with a load of easy add-ons bolted on.

Manchester United have triggered a one-year extension in Erik ten Hag's contract to keep him at the club until 2026.

The Dutchman's previous deal, which he signed when he was appointed in 2022, was due to expire in 2025.

Ten Hag, who joined United from Ajax, has won two trophies in two years at Old Trafford.

I think he deserves to have the chance to improve on last season and while I'm not expecting us to do anything crazy next season I don't think we'll be as bad as we were last season. Some of the other teams that were ahead of us in the league will probably have a drop off as well.
