I think that's pretty good for Sunchyme as it doesn't feel as much of an all-time classic or still get airplay like some others here

It was used really well in Derry Girls earlier this year too, and recharted on iTunes off the back of that. Whenever people are reminded of Sunchyme it always goes down so well with the public, I don't know why it doesn't get more residual airplay like many of the other 90s dance classics still get.

Negative Nelly here, sorry Sunchyme is a bit of repetitive joyful dance fluff which is on radio 2 as I type this right now. Top 20 is a bit flattering :D

In no way is it anywhere near as brilliant as Life In A Northern Town, and without that sample it wouldn't be getting any votes (or have been a hit).

Nor is it quite as good as Dario G's fab footie track which should have topped the charts (it topped mine): Carnaval De Paris.

Both of the songs that dropped out today are notable for their gap from #1 of course
Oh that's funny now that you mention it, with one missing #1 by 8 copies and the other by 1.4 million  How fascinating that they finished back to back here!

for me Groove is a great song and like it a lot but never loved it enough to buy the single or the album

Sunchyme is ok but there are better similar dance tracks, not a patch on Children to name one

Here’s 1993’s Favourite No 2 according to Buzzjack! Six of you put it in your top 10

Groove Is In The Heart!

I do think top 20 is a bit high for Sunchyme personally. I don't hate it and it's use in Derry Girls was very good but I don't completely love it either.

What Is Love is great too.

Only our 3rd Favourite No 2 of 1995 but that hasn’t stopped Gooddelta awarding this 30 points! Another 7 of you put it in your top 10 and naturally it’s been top 10 in a remixed form since 1995.

Top 10 revealed tomorrow but two thirty pointers won't reach it!

Unlucky 13! Shame top ten was too much of a stretch for Set You Free, my favourite song of all-time.

What Is Love out too, so I have two votes remaining, oh dear, will I even get any in the top ten??

Both great dance tracks, but not quite great enough to get points from me. Haddaway's Life would have though, love that one more. I know Im in a minority there...
Aww, shame to lose Set You Free before the top 10. Perfect for the winter of 1995 with those rain/storm noises, and Kelly Llorenna's vocal is just soaring - this was my #1 of 1995 at the time, and hasn't shifted far
I would have expected many of the last 10 to have finished higher.
I think The Manics and Right Here Right Now are the 2 left that don't deserve to be top 10.
I think The Manics and Right Here Right Now are the 2 left that don't deserve to be top 10.

Um, not this please x

Two more great dance classics - couldn't fit Set You Free in, but What is Love is amazing

I will hear no dissing of the excellent MSP's track and FBS's greatest moment!

For me, the weaker moments are Alice Deejay and Born Slippy....that would leave a fab top 10....
