August 28, 20222 yr Wow. This is crazy to listen to. She says she knows Vegas wasn't great, that she was like a robot, and she got the spark back recording Glory. I'm on 15:30 now and she just talked about how they HAD to let her go from the facility because Free Britney started. Wow. That is crazy to hear her actually say that.
August 28, 20222 yr Author It hits so much harder actually hearing her SPEAK on it and not having to read the IG captions. I just want to protect her  She didn't deserve ANY of this. :(
August 28, 20222 yr I love her so much. She is truly an inspiration, I’m so proud of her. I love that she did this to genuinely help people and not to make money!
August 28, 20222 yr OMG goosebumps I'm so happy that she feels strong enough to share this with the world and in her own terms...she's inspiration to all of us <3
August 28, 20222 yr Author @1564027315058876427 @1564019187546218502 LMAO. It was an almighty power move!
August 28, 20222 yr Author 'Glory' literally served as therapy sessions to her. I f***ing love that it reignited the spark for her and was kind of the beginning of the end for them! This album is gonna hit so much different now when I hear it again.
August 28, 20222 yr Author The stuff with Jamie telling her "I am Britney Spears" was really horrifying.
August 29, 20222 yr The video was made private but can be listened to here: LpPFaBoiRoE It’s just heartbreaking to listen to everything she had to endure for years, all while being forced to put on the facade that all was well. Britney deciding to share her story on her own terms is a powerful move for her to make and it makes me feel proud of her! Her strength and resilience is beyond admirable.
August 29, 20222 yr Incredible listen. She’s so articulate. I’m guessing the friend who found her the lawyer was Madonna? How did they get away with controlling her for so long???
August 29, 20222 yr Incredible listen. She’s so articulate. I’m guessing the friend who found her the lawyer was Madonna? How did they get away with controlling her for so long??? It was her best friend Cade, who is now her manager.
August 29, 20222 yr This is empowering and heart wrenching all at once. I find it all so upsetting and it makes me feel livid to think this shit took place. A vulnerable person taken advantage of. Thank god she’s found her voice
August 29, 20222 yr I was able to watched the youtube one on my computer (weirdly would not play on my phone)... heartbreaking I really hope they are brought to justice!
August 29, 20222 yr It’s so extreme it’s almost unbelievable (I know it all happened) - I hope some kind of justice takes place.
August 31, 20222 yr I just listened just now. Found it compelling but so heartbreaking at the same time. Honestly her family should be ashamed, they're - apologies for my French - f***ing lowest of the low. I really hope some justice for her comes out of all of this, and more importantly that she gets to a place she deserves to be - happy, fulfilled, well and around people that truly love her and want the best for her.
August 31, 20222 yr to answer - how did they get away with it for so long? Simple - fear tactics. People were blocked from seeing her, she was never alone, on the surface it may seem like she was overprotected however it may have read as caring family. The cracks really appeared during Glory - she was much freerer (I believe her dad wasnt around as much). I love Britney but i am intrigued that she didn't seem to link any of her 'erratic' behaviour during 2007 to the conservership - the head shaving, the umbrella incident. Maybe she doesn't really remember them and had logical reasons for them (certainly the umbrella). Just seems weird she doesn't think she did anything, except speak in a British accent, to warrant the conservership - i suppose there is a huge lapse in time.
