Wonderful that she's in the Irish Top 40 :wub: So that's two Top 40s officially confirmed so far, also in Australia.
Debuts at 36 here in Ireland.

Correct. Disappointingly, the last song by Kylie as a lead to even chart there was Crystallise in June 2014, which peaked at number 88.

 

She had Starstruck in May 2021 which charted at number 55, but she's the featured artist there. No song from the Golden and Disco eras charted in Ireland.

Those are indeed surprisingly high sales for #26 - two weeks ago would have seen it inside the Top 20, because the #21 sold 13,003. :drama:

I think it’s Eurovision mainly, as those came out of nowhere basically and there are four ESC entries above it! Streaming market is very different to downloads, as it’s pretty much unlimited and very very flat in consumption.

 

This is also why they always promote in USA. It is not visible in the charts but still gives them a significant portion of revenues. I’m sure around 50k daily Spotify streams for Padam Padam go from USA.
