Ita now top 50 in 20 countries in Apple Music.

 

A few weeks ago it was top 100 in about 18 so that's a nice upward trend

We got spoilt for a while with all the info and it was great to get, i suppose this way the chart reveal on Friday is even more exciting.

It's a bit hard to see how this can get higher at the moment, but I know I've said that before!

Glastonbury and Lewis really has taken over, cant do much about that at the moment and was probably expected. They will be more new songs coming too in the next few weeks which will no doubt be popular. If Kylie had done Glastonbury then it would be top 5, but she is doing her USA promo and thats probably for her residency etc

 

For me now its longevity and grab those sales consistently. If a remix takes off or a feature then thats great and we would be delighted. Or if they go big on a CD with remixes that could also work

I think she is holding up great among all the Glastonbury effect.

It's not so much the "Glastonbury effect", it's the fact we've got at least 3 songs immediately behind her who are likely to overtake, new releases coming and everything above being fairly strong right now.

 

I don't mind if this is the peak at this stage though, it's exceeded my wildest expectations and I'm beyond over the moon.

You hit the nail on the head as always. Yes, we see the Glastonbury effect in the iTunes chart, but elsewhere the number of songs that are above Kylie, but less than three years old and have climbed above her because of Glastonbury are minimal. ‘Wish You The Best’ and ‘Until I Found You’ are the only ones which pose any risk, but even then the risk is quite minimal.

 

The issue is that Kylie was 9 in the Chart Update and songs 10-13 are above her or very close to her on one or several platforms.

 

Positive sign though: I can see to Amazon charts, simultaneously, and I can only assume that one is Unlimited and the other Prime. Kylie has just reached a new peak of 8 on what I believe is the ‘Prime’ chart.
