I hope we get something but I also hope that BMG are monitoring it and won’t ‘waste’ a drop this week if they believe it will be better suited for it to land next week or something?

That's what they need to do is monitor it closely and roll out whatever as uts needed.

Signed 7” singles should do it

Not sure about front loaded. It's the streaming that is the big seller and that's growing

 

This is not usual front loaded Kylie release with CD and then downloads disappear with streaming after day 2.

 

Yes it will drop a little but it also growing and lots of opportunities.

 

Today's chart position should encourage sales and grab attention for the rest of the week.

 

The big remixes will be used for Streaming (you don't know, the remix could actually do better than the original) streaming wise in clubs, playlits etc.

 

Other remixes can be put as exclusives

 

Different physicals...

 

Still don't discount a collab guest appearance.

 

This song has got legs, many of you want a week 3 peak and then ACR in a few weeks. Its only beginning of June and Pride season...

 

It only went to radio a week ago and not even to clubs yet.

Where did Higher peak?

It is front loaded for its current position with the data that has been shared in various places - it wouldn’t be remotely near where it is now without CDs.

 

We have streaming to boost it of course and I’m confident of a Top 15, but as we saw with the Dancing, Say Something & Magic physical releases - I think all appeared Top 20 on the First Look chart but of course didn’t have significant streaming to cushion their fall from physicals.

We dont want them to throw everything at it this week. We want them to monitor it and secure the top 10 this week just so it is secure and we know she has had a top 10. At least then thats another thing ticked off.

This will drop from number 6, facts are facts. It is front loaded this week, the whole definition of frontloaded is the majority of sales early on.

 

The increase of streams will not be enough to offset the FRONT LOADED sales this week.

The best option next would probably be the Extended Mix EP on to Itunes

 

Different picture , 1 Radio Edit, 2 Extended Mix, 3 Extended Mix Edit or something. Allow all 3 to be downloaded separately for 59p also. And get it on Spotify as a streaming album, literally would get a lot of extra streams just them all rolling after each other.

I think they will hold back on the 7” for now!
