Rebound & Hearts and Flowers need to be singles.

Broken Like Me is gorgeous.

I feel like this is coming to be a massive flop, it feels like such a weird project to put SO much money into. A film, multiple variants, it's so odd.
When somebody says it's their last album, it's almost never their last album

I'm reading so many positive reactions to 'This Is Me... Now: A Love Story' - I really need to watch it soon! I've seen a lot of "it's weird, extravagant and very entertaining and endearing" sort of assessments.

It feels like Jennifer is everywhere at the moment! There's an Apple Music concert coming, and a documentary.

Midweek #19! :drama: So all those variants hasn't paid off for her here in the UK. Although perhaps if there wasn't a load of formats then it would be considerably worse? Eek! The thing is, ever since the announcement, I've been like... does she have a strong enough fanbase that wishes to buy multiple copies? Or even one copy? I think that's the outcome of taking 10 years to follow up an album that did badly itself.

I guess for someone like Jennifer she's in a position where she can put out a passion project as self indulgent as this film/album, and not be too dented if it doesn't do well. She's still in a very solid position as an actress and business woman, even if the music isn't so successful.

Oh and one more thing with this ramble - this album was announced in late 2022 and it then things went silent for a year. I think the hype surrounding her being back with Ben and the nostalgia of it has kind of faded now.

She deserves better. She isn’t as terrible as people make out.

I feel that, like Nickelback, she’s a victim of peer pressure trolling - like it’s cool to troll her.

I don't know that she's even relevant enough these days to attract Nickelback-esque hate tbf

I actually really enjoy the album! Her best since maybe Love?....or has she only had one album since then? 🤭

Anyway, I'm yet to watch the film but I love To Be Yours, Not Going Anywhere, Rebound and Hearts And Flowers the most.

I watched her album movie, and I was surprised how good the songs were! The album was really enjoyable. It deserved better in sales!
Sales were higher than AKA though. AKA opened at #41 with 2,060, TIMN #55 with 2,504.

That AKA figure is just pure sales though, right?
